Pros:

I need to be refunded. The property is used as a HUD welfare motel. If I had known that, I would have booked elsewhere. I will file a complaint with Motel 6 and booking.com

Cheap but very suspicious…
Pros:

Cheapish rooms around

Cons:

Lot of foot traffic all night, very bad sound proof in the rooms. Conversations and residents outside yelling at 2-3 am.
