We would stay again at this hotel. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast menu was the best we have ever see
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was an excellent shower. It was quiet. The breakfast buffet was first class, so much choice, all fresh and delicious, good range of products for vegetarians.

Cons:

We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room and free cold water. The air conditioning wasn’t on and the room was warm at night.

Esperienza veramente da 4 stelle e SPA eccezionale
Pros:

- Spazi: l'hotel è elegante senza eccessi, ha ampi spazi comuni e tavoli comodi per la colazione.
- Pulizia: impeccabile per gli spazi comuni e per le camere, anche per la moquette dei corridoi, spesso un punto dolente.
- Posizione: estremamente comoda per chi viaggia ma esteticamente non il massimo (zona commerciale con parcheggi/capannoni), tuttavia la vista mare dai piani alti non ostruita da altri edifici è una poesia.
- SPA: delle giuste dimensioni, moderna, funzionante, pulita, con accessi regolati in modo che non ci siano mai più di alcune persone: mai viste più di otto persone ed è capitato più di una volta di averla completamente a disposizione.
- Camera: non enorme ma con spazi ben distribuiti, vista meravigliosa dalla stanza e doccia enorme praticamente a picco sul mare, la più bella mai vista!
- Siria della reception è il fiore occhiello della struttura: incredibilmente professionale, cortese e pronta ad accogliere ogni richiesta con il sorriso e la massima disponibilità; ci ha permesso di visionare e scegliere una camera tra quelle disponibili

Isolamento acustico: buono nei confronti dell'esterno, meno buono per l'interno, qualcuno che alza la voce nelle camere di fronte si sente.
Ragazzi della colazione un po' distratti, spesso difficili da trovare o da richiamare perché persi in chiacchiere, qualche mancanza di attenzione ai prodotti finiti da rimpiazzare; una ragazza della SPA che continuava a lasciare la porta d'accesso aperta, che ho dovuto chiudere personalmente due volte; anche nella SPA qualche distrazione di troppo (es. bicchieri per tisane finiti poi rintracciati in un armadietto); peccati comunque perdonabili che non influenzano la recensione globale ma che diventano suggerimenti per il futuro.

Pros:

Soba prostrana i uredna. Veliki krevet. U sobi se nalazi mini hladnjak, sef, sušilo za kosu. Dobar doručak uključen u cijenu. Parkiralište je prostrano i besplatno pod video nadzorom. Do centra Ancone 10-15 min autom. Na recepciji su nam ponudili karticu za podzemnu garažu u centru grada s kojom smo imali 3 sata besplatnog parkirališta. Garaža Stamira. Ljubazno osoblje.

Cons:

Nema kuhalo za čaj/kavu.

Einwenig außerhalb der Stadt, aber mit allem Comfort.
Pros:

DasHotel lag etwas außerhalb der Stadt und an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Wir hatten aber ein Zimmer im 8. Stock und seitlich. So war es nach bei geöffnetem Fenster doch recht ruhig. Das Zimmer hatte ausreichend Platz für zwei große Reistaschen und war sehr sauber. Kostenloser Parkplatz vom Hotel direkt davor. Das war super. DasFrühstück war ausreichend und wir bekamen auf Bestellung auch ein Spiegelei und einen Cappuccino. Toll war auch der Parkhausgutschein (3 Stunden) für ein zentrales Parkhaus in der Mitte Anconas.
