Great value stay in a perfect location, with friendly staff and good facilities for the price.

Stayed at this hotel in Canggu, Bali and here’s my feedback:

The hotel has two pools, which is a really nice plus, and the overall vibe is great. The location is perfect , you’re surrounded by everything you need, which makes it very convenient.

The staff are very kind, friendly, and always trying their best to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

Breakfast is okay ,not a huge variety, and I personally couldn’t find things like cheese, but you can see they put effort into it and try not to let anything feel missing.

For the price, it’s honestly very affordable and offers great value. It’s hard to complain considering what you get.

Overall, a very good stay and highly recommended if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place in a top location.

Pros:

The pools were amazing, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the spa staff were als quite pleasant and actively seemed to take pride in their job.

Cons:

The floor outside the rooms is tilled and as a result every time someone moved their suitcases along you heard the clacking of the wheels on the tiled floor, not great when people are checking in and out at all hours. This also happened when the housekeeping staff were moving their trolley from room to room.

Based on what I saw, there was quite a young clientele so perhaps some effort to organise a social or two would be a good addition, the bar upstairs didn’t seem to get much use which I thought was a shame.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were celebrating our anniversary and they dropped a cake to our room after arriving.

We stayed during Nyepi and there was lots to do to keep us entertained

Cons:

We had a poolside room so it was a little noisy. The double bed was two singles pushed together so not super comfortable

Pros:

The staff was amazing! Every single person we came in contact with was very polite and helpful. We were able to store our luggage for a few days before coming to Canggu which was of great help. The hotel was conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and bars and the breakfast was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Cons:

The towels need upgrading and there was a set-in stain on our sheets.

Happy Stay
Pros:

Spend Nyepi holiday here. As non Balinese is a great experience especially they have rooftop so you can spend the Nyepi day to see stars and enjoy the wave sound from the beach and also the perfect silence. Only wave sound. Friendly and helpfull staff, clean, nice location, near to the beach and some nice restaurant
