The manager was rude and we left and didn’t stay. They refused service to my service animal and when I told him it was illegal. He stated that no it doesn’t matter. He also told us it would be 100$ deposit when booking said it was 40. We booked a handicapped room he stated that they don’t have handicap rooms
They accommodated challenged people.
The desk attendant was fluent in English. However, the staff could not communicate well.
It was right off the highway, near many places to eat, close to stores, and had new washers and dryers. The staff was excellent.
While the room was clean the bathroom shower needed to have the issue of water coming out onto the floor while running addressed.
Cleanliness and everything in good condition. Cool 🚿 shower! Smart design.
With the bathroom light switch outside the bathroom and by the bathroom door hinges, it's rather difficult to see to get in the bathroom at night.
Recommendation: Put a night light in the bathroom. This will allow people to get up at night without turning on a bright light and disturbing anyone else in the room.

LEAVING AND GETTING MY MONEY BACK
The guy at the desk was rude, they wanted to charge a $200 deposit after getting there and the room being paid for. (We are supposed to get a refund) The first room they sent us too was on the back side and very sketchy. The door looked like someone had taken a sledge hammer to it to get in. We didn't even get out. We requested a second room, that door also looked sketchy at the top lock. We opened the door and turned on the light and roaches went running.
