Pros:

Breakfast was very good - so many options. The staff at the hotel are amazing. Pet friendly hotel - and located in an area where we were able to easily take our dog for walks.

Hotel is beautiful, clean and well-appointed. Service was excellent. Very nice stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was satisfactory.

Cons:

The only issue was hearing some loud noises throughout the night seemingly coming from above. Sounded like construction noises in the middle of the night.

Very comfortable and location was great for exploring Portsmouth and finding a places to eat.
Pros:

Coffee was the best, room was clean adequately supplied with towels, etc. great location, staff was friendly and check-in was easy.

Cons:

I did not like paying $45.00 for parking.

The day my room was supposed to be cleaned. It was not.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and so is the location of the hotel

Cons:

The room is lacking drawers to put your clothes in. It is also lacking hooks to hang your clothes and towels. There was one hook in the whole room. I left my room at 9:00 AM came back at 3:30 PM and my room was not cleaned yet very disappointed.

Husband and I stayed for our 2nd wedding anniversary.
Pros:

The employees were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious. It was close walking distance to everything in downtown.

Excellent value and location.
Pros:

This was our third time staying here. Great location for downtown Portsmouth, minutes walk to shopping and restaurants. We park at a public lot nearby. Big comfortable room, great pillows, very comfy bed, very nice shower and big bathroom. All the amenities available : ice machine, guest washing machine, large gym (with a Peleton bike), pool, free coffee in the lobby, board games, large lounge area with gas fireplace. Very good hotel breakfast with hard boiled eggs and scrambled, meat choice (this time chicken sausage patties), potatoes (this time red bliss hash), oatmeal, waffle station, baked goods, apples and bananas, bread, juice fountain machine, yogurt. We were here in the holiday season and there was make your own hot chocolate and gift wrapping station in the lobby. Excellent value for the money!
