A great stay
Pros:

The staff were great- competent, very friendly, and happy to help. The location was great, lots of places of interest to walk to. The room was spotless and comfortable.

Cons:

I was surprised at the parking charge. It was not mentioned during booking.

A good place to chill while I explored Portsmouth.
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was a five minute walk from all the action.

Great location, clean, room was ready.

Cons:

Making you pay for valet parking at 45.00. We parked in the garage down the street. Inconvenience to guests that know it’s a ripoff to pay that much to park the car.

Great location, comfortable room, fitness room too hot
Pros:

comfortable beds, location and friendly staff.

Cons:

fitness room was TOO HOT! There didn't seem to be any AC working even when the afternoon sun brought it up to the mid 80's - way too hot to exercise.

Pros:

I like the location because it's in walking distance to restaurant's, bar's and shops. No need to drive or get a ride if you've had some drinks. Also enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

Unless you pay $45 a night for valet parking, you have to try and find a parking spot on the street the costs $2 an hour for up to 3 hours and then $5 dollar's an hour. 8pm-8am is free though.
