Nice location - walk to restaurants and the riverfront
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of the downtown attractions. The room and breakfast were fine and the staff was very helpful. The valet parking may have been convenient, but we found a less expensive option ($20 for 24 hours) at Foundry Place Garage, only a couple blocks away.

Clean and modern downtown hotel
Pros:

Rooms are classic Hampton Inn rooms. Clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked. Everything about my reservation was managed efficiently.

The day my room was supposed to be cleaned. It was not.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and so is the location of the hotel

Cons:

The room is lacking drawers to put your clothes in. It is also lacking hooks to hang your clothes and towels. There was one hook in the whole room. I left my room at 9:00 AM came back at 3:30 PM and my room was not cleaned yet very disappointed.

Hotel is beautiful, clean and well-appointed. Service was excellent. Very nice stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was satisfactory.

Cons:

The only issue was hearing some loud noises throughout the night seemingly coming from above. Sounded like construction noises in the middle of the night.
