Outside of the breakfast, this is a wonderful hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

The room was very nice, modern, and roomy. Plenty of space for 2 people. The staff were wonderful (special shout-out to Natasha at the front desk and Ralph at the valet.). You couldn’t ask for a better location in downtown Portsmouth - you basically can walk everywhere from the hotel (including over the bridge into Maine!)

Cons:

For such an upscale Hampton, the breakfast was subpar (I’ve had better breakfasts at Hamptons that were <$100/night). Our first morning there wasn’t even any protein (there was biscuits and gravy but the gravy had little to no meat). The scrambled eggs were dry and clumpy.

Pros:

The location, facilities, and cleanliness were great! We had a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

We wished breakfast options were slightly more expanded with actual plates/silverware. However, it was still good!
