It is very convenient for us to stay at this hotel. I would like to suggest to hotel to have hourly booking after 7 pm for travellers flexibility.

Hii...I had been staying at Tune Hotel for the umpteenth times and always enjoying every moment during each visit.This time I stayed for only 1 night checked out today ( 25/3/26). Special mentioned to Miss Annebelle the Duty Manager on duty who checked me in yesterday for being so kind in accommodating my request.Her friendliness and warmth towards her guest is really exemplary.She's definitely an asset to this property.Thank you Miss Anne hope to see you soon.

I was welcomed and greeted by a young polite vibrant lady staff with a pleasant smile who I thought was a staff who ushered the guests
I had some issue with my booking ,she stepped in and sorted the problem,
Then she got a staff to help us with the bags
This kind gesture of this ManagerCarol Bosco was very much appreciated especially being a senior citizen

Hotel was satisfactory. It is more of convenient location.there is coffee making ,I mean hot pot
I required accommodation for several days,due to Trumps war. Reception staff could not have been more helpful trying to support me. As I stayed for 5 nights overall I can happily say the hotel is well run, clean and comfortable and the food good. All of the staff are so courteous .
I have special mentions of thanks to the breakfast staff for yummy eggs. To Hiare ot reception who went the extra mile helping with my bags. And my huge thanks to Gayatn at the Sports Bar. She is a beautiful person. Never once did she not make eye contact with me and greet me with her big smile and gentle chat. She needs a pay rise and a promotion..!!

hotel was adequate for what and where it is.
booking dot com included taxes and fees, but hotel charged taxes on arrival. was not a pleasant greeting to be told we needed to pay extra when taxes had already been charged.
apart from that it was a bed to sleep in with a decent bathroom to freshen up in the morning.
Easy to check in and easy to walk to. The room was clean and tidy. Great for a few hours of rest.
I stayed at Tune Hotel KLIA-KLIA2 and had a great experience. We stayed from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM because we had a 16-hour layover, and it was the perfect place to rest and freshen up. The hotel is very neat and clean—from the lobby to the rooms. Everything smells fresh and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing.
One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s very close to the airport, just about 5 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2. There is also a covered walkway going to the airport, so you don’t have to worry about the rain or heat. It’s extremely convenient, especially for travelers with long layovers, early flights, or late arrivals.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and very convenient place to stay near the airport.
Great stay at Tune Hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with everything I needed. Excellent value for money — would definitely stay again.

Air conditioning poor. Worst pillows ever provided in a hotel. Terrible, especially given price is not cheap for Asia.
So close to KLIA 2, and super easy from KLIA 1 (free bus shuttle 10 mins, then 2 minute walk). Room was comfy. Bathroom good. Downside - incredibly expensive beer at the bar!!! Somewhat tempered by the included dinner, and breakfast
