Tune Hotel KLIA - KLIA2

I required accommodation for several days,due to Trumps war. Reception staff could not have been more helpful trying to support me. As I stayed for 5 nights overall I can happily say the hotel is well run, clean and comfortable and the food good. All of the staff are so courteous .
I have special mentions of thanks to the breakfast staff for yummy eggs. To Hiare ot reception who went the extra mile helping with my bags. And my huge thanks to Gayatn at the Sports Bar. She is a beautiful person. Never once did she not make eye contact with me and greet me with her big smile and gentle chat. She needs a pay rise and a promotion..!!
Thank you to all the team. I will be pleased to be home but you all helped at a particularly difficult time for travellers.

hotel was adequate for what and where it is.
booking dot com included taxes and fees, but hotel charged taxes on arrival. was not a pleasant greeting to be told we needed to pay extra when taxes had already been charged.
apart from that it was a bed to sleep in with a decent bathroom to freshen up in the morning.

Easy to check in and easy to walk to. The room was clean and tidy. Great for a few hours of rest.

I stayed at Tune Hotel KLIA-KLIA2 and had a great experience. We stayed from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM because we had a 16-hour layover, and it was the perfect place to rest and freshen up. The hotel is very neat and clean—from the lobby to the rooms. Everything smells fresh and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing.

One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s very close to the airport, just about 5 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2. There is also a covered walkway going to the airport, so you don’t have to worry about the rain or heat. It’s extremely convenient, especially for travelers with long layovers, early flights, or late arrivals.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and very convenient place to stay near the airport.

Great stay at Tune Hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with everything I needed. Excellent value for money — would definitely stay again.

Air conditioning poor. Worst pillows ever provided in a hotel. Terrible, especially given price is not cheap for Asia.

So close to KLIA 2, and super easy from KLIA 1 (free bus shuttle 10 mins, then 2 minute walk). Room was comfy. Bathroom good. Downside - incredibly expensive beer at the bar!!! Somewhat tempered by the included dinner, and breakfast

Overall experience was good. Location is my take on it.
Staff was nice and food was ok.

I would like to see more toiletries like razor and tooth brush available.

1) There's only 2 front/main Lifts to guestrooms not enough. Especially during check in peak hours, so many guests have to queue up with luggage stucked in front of the lifts. 2) Booked 2 night with the same room type & price respectively. On 3rd Feb'26 got 2 toothbrush in the bathroom, but on 8th Feb'26 no toothbrush given. Room Floor very sticky. Vacuum only? No mopping? If room slipper is not provided, bare foot feel the dirty & sticky!

Overall had a good experience, will come for a short stay again room was good and wifi was excellent. Breakfast was great in morning buffet had lot items to choose from

Tune Hotel KLIA2/KLIA1 is a straightforward, no-frills airport hotel that does exactly what it’s meant to do: provide a convenient place to rest before or after a flight. The hotel has lifts, making it easy to move around with luggage, and airport-style luggage trolleys are available, which is helpful when travelling with multiple bags.

While not many guests tend to arrive at the same time, the reception can still be busy due to the hotel’s popularity with travellers, so expect a wait of more than 10 minutes at peak times. As the hotel is almost an hour’s drive from Kuala Lumpur, there is a likelihood that guests may arrive with a full bladder; however, the hotel’s common-use toilets are located on the far side near the restaurant, not close to the reception or front desk. A helpful improvement would be clearer and more visible signage to direct guests to these toilets.

The room is a bit tight, similar to Japanese business hotels, but still practical for a short stay. There is a desk with a chair and charging outlets available, and fortunately the power points are universal, accommodating Australian, US, and other international plugs without the need for adapters. The room also has a TV with basic local terrestrial channels as well as Bloomberg.

The bathroom basin is a decent size, but there is no glass or cup provided for rinsing. Amenities are very basic and include a fixed overhead shower, towels, two complimentary water bottles, and a hairdryer. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, and there is no kettle, fridge, cups, or slippers. Guests should come prepared or purchase these amenities at the reception for an additional fee.

The hotel also hands out free coffee vouchers with an expiry date, so it’s best to use them promptly. The on-site restaurant can be relatively expensive for families, with meals typically ranging from around RM150 to RM200, but for a single diner, meals are more reasonably priced at approximately RM20 to RM48.

Housekeeping deserves a special mention Wassim and others for being responsive and helpful when extra pillows and blankets were requested.

The hotel shuttle bus is punctual and runs every two hours for trips to Terminal 1. The first shuttle departs at 5:00 am, followed by the next at 7:00 am. It’s best to check with the front desk for the most accurate schedule and to pre-book your seat in advance.

Overall, this hotel is suitable if you just need a clean, functional place to sleep near the airport and don’t mind minimal facilities. It’s practical rather than comfortable, and ideal for short stays or early flights.

Easy to get to from the terminal 2. For the price this was a great option. Clean room and functional enough for a 10 hour stay. Would stay again if i had another long layover between flights

Toilet bowl got insect but i am not sure what is it but kinda disgusting. Breakfast choices everyday the same. Would suggest to update the choices.

Staff are friendly and helpful, surrounding was good maintain,a lot of tree at open corridor so weird design,bird keep singing from evening all night a long quiet disturbing noise,second time stay here still same.Room very good maintain cleanliness, comfortable bed,amenities bottle of shampoo and b.soap its an improvement.

Very handy location, opposite to terminal transfer bus stop at terminal 2. Staff is friendly. Totally worth it if you have a long layover. Food is great too. Highly recommend.
