Great staffs, bad property
Pros:

I love how the staffs are very friendly and always helpful!

Cons:

The bathtub wouldnt drain while I’m taking my shower. AC isnt cold. Beddings were not 100% clean (there were red streaks on my pillow case). Its so hot and humid in the hallways, why dont you guys turn the AC on? Its hard to turn on/off the sink. The shower head is literally on the bottom that MADE you hold it while you take showers, very inconvenient.

Pros:

sejauh ini hanya lokasi aja yang cukup baik, lainnya jujur kurang sesuai dengan harga dan bintang hotel. Would've been nicer ada renovasi untuk hotelnya mengingat hotelnya adalah hotel bintang 4. It is very okay, price lebih tinggi sedikit tapi hotel agak lebih modern.

Cons:

Kemarin saya late check-in, tp ternyata salah 1 kamar belum ready, sehingga saya masih perlu menunggu. Kebersihan kamar kurang. Ada sisa rambut dari pengunjung sebelumnya di bantal. Ruang breakfast kurang besar untuk jumlah tamu yang ternyata lebih banyak dari space ruang breakfastnya, sehingga pada saat high season seperti kemarin, banyak tamu (termasuk saya) yang kesulitan cari tempat duduk. Dan makanan yang disajikan di ruang additional lainnya tidak sebanyak dan se-proper di restoran utama.

BIG THUMBS UP TO ALL THE STAFFS. ALL ARE VERY FRIENDLY, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.
BREAKFAST IS GOOD MANY VARIETIES AND TASTE GOOD.
ROOM SERVICE IS GOOD MANY VARIETIES, TASTE GOOD AND THE PRICE IS REASONABLE.
ROOM IS BIG AND BRIGHT.
WALKING DISTANCE TO MALL OF INDONESIA.

Cons:

MAIN DISAPPOINTMENT IS THE FLOOD WE COULDN'T GO OUT FOR TWO DAYS BECAUSE THE MAIN ROAD TO ENTER THE HOTEL WAS FLOODING COULDN'T GET ANY GRAB OR GRAB FOOD.
BATHROOM IS VERY SMALL.
TOWEL, BEDSHEET AND PILLOW CASE ARE NOT VERY CLEAN.

This would not be my first choice for a hotel in this area
Pros:

Breakfast for a whole week was over crowded even at 6am.

Cons:

The windows and doors in the room didn’t fit so allowed a lot of hot air and noise in, also the call to prayer speakers are right next to the hotel. The general condition of the chairs in the room were poor, stained and falling apart with screws sticking up through the seat cushion. The flooring is falling apart. The payment system is awakened and having chased my laundry, on delivery I was escorted to reception to pay even though at check in I offered to put my CC on file for incidentals. This seems to be a popular hotel for groups and seminars. If busy allow extra time to get a lift, at times it took over 10mins.

Pros:

All the staffs was amazing and really helpful as I chose el hotel as my wedding destination!! Buffet for breakfast was delicious as well

Cons:

I think, the door couldn't be fully closed, everytime I enter and leave the room. I had to pull a bit hard to make sure the door was properly closed.
