Vermutlich nie wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist für Bergsportler sehr gut gelegen. Von da aus hat man ganz viele Möglichkeiten für MSL und alpines Klettern.

Die Aufklärung, Beratung und Hilfestellung zur neuen Zufahrtregelung bei den Zinnen war sehr hilfreich.

Cons:

Reagieren nicht auf Telefone sowie alle E-Mails die nicht direkt über Booking laufen.
Begründung: Sonst bräuchte es mehr Personal und man kann bei Booking ja alles selber machen...
Ausser Taxen bezahlen, dies scheint dann nicht über Booking laufen zu können.

Die Linke Hand scheint hier nicht zu wissen, was die rechte Hand macht:
Geben zuerst an, dass sie bei der Frühstückzeit unflexibel sind und stellen dafür ein mickriges "Paket" zusammen. Für eine andere Gruppe stand dann das Frühstück trotzdem 45min früher bereit. Wir setzten uns dazu.
Dafür wurde ohne Ankündigung das Paket (Apfel, 5dl Wasser, 2 Zwieback, 3Konfi) mit 10 Euro verrechnet.

Der Kunde muss sich hier ganz klar an das Hotel anpassen und nicht das Hotel ist Kundenorientiert.

Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était généreux en quantité (buffet), mais pas du tout le plus quali que nous ayons testé sur nos 6 jours de randonnée.

Cons:

Le prix nous a paru un peu élevé comparé à la qualité de la prestation. En dehors de cela il n’y a rien à signaler.

Pros:

Colazione assortita e abbondante. Camere pulite. Molto accoglienti anche con il nostro Husky. La posizione in mezzo al bosco lo rende molto tranquillo e rilassante.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix
Pros:

La localisation
Literie correcte et chambre plutôt grande

Cons:

Tout le reste : très très cher, personnel désagréable et hautain (parce que nous étions étrangers ?), petit déjeuner et salle de petit déjeuner de colonie de vacances,
Insonorisation des chambres mauvaise

Pas du tout un hotel 3*, plutôt une auberge de jeunesse très chère
