Nice location, comfortable room, good layout, lobby coffee 24 hours.breakfast included NASA eggs in honor of the Artemis 2 launch, nice touch, but prefer real cooked eggs.
Booking sites need to inform when facilities are down like the whole pool/spa complex under construction.
The staff was very accommodating. This hotel has everything you need and more.
The beds seem dated and uncomfortable. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both of us woke up with sore backs.
Good location & friendly staff. Decent price
This location is always updating areas in this hotel. When we left, the pool area was closed for renovations. We’re looking forward to a return visit to see these improvements!
No fresh fruit at breakfast & the choices weren’t interesting.
The refrigerator in our room could get noisy.
Great breakfast swimming pool pet friendly
Nothing
Stunning views. Room was phenomenal. Staff was exceptional.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, great services like s’mores, cookies, hot drinks…they prepared for guests.
Pool and jacuzzi area need to be updated and clean more I think.
While the hotel is well-situated (providing convenient access to both the ski resort and downtown) the location was the only positive aspect of an otherwise disappointing stay. It is clear that management is focused entirely on "optimizing" profit for the owners at the absolute expense of the guest experience.
## A Management Failure – Good Location, Poor Service and Zero Flexibility
The service we received was rigid and entirely unhelpful. Despite having two consecutive bookings, the front desk refused to consolidate our stay. We were forced to check out, remove all our belongings, and wait to check back in later that afternoon—an absurd logistical hurdle simply because we added an extra day to our trip. This "policy-over-people" approach reveals a management style that prioritizes rigid internal metrics over basic customer service.
Housekeeping was equally neglected. Our room was never properly cleaned; dirty towels left on the floor remained there throughout our stay, with staff simply dropping off a few clean ones rather than actually refreshing the room.
When a hotel is managed to please an owner’s bottom line rather than to care for its clients, the results are obvious: substandard maintenance and a complete lack of hospitality. I cannot recommend staying here when there are far more professional options in the area.

Recently redone property on the edge of old Whitefish. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The riverside rooms have a lovely view. Breakfast was adequate.
We appreciated the staff getting us in early. My sister used the shuttle to get to and from the airport.
I would have preferred more protein friendly options at breakfast—plain eggs or yogurt.
Clean, great help from front desk. Yara was very helpful in her recommendation for food at the Craggy Range, and the room was terrific.
I was charged twice, but I contacted the hotel and they are refunding.
