What we didn’t like
The biggest problem at this location was the staff and the overall environment around the property. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and instead of treating guests with basic respect they often acted hostile and dismissive. It also appeared that multiple members of the same family live on the premises in the area upstairs where the old kitchen used to be, and they would come through the property in groups. On several occasions they aggressively barged into rooms for “checks,” which felt completely inappropriate and invasive.
The activity around the building was also very concerning. There were people constantly coming in through the back entrance at all hours, including obvious prostitution activity and suspected drug dealing happening near the building. The property did not feel secure or well-managed at all.
Between the rude staff, people barging into rooms, and the type of activity happening around the building, the entire experience felt chaotic and unsafe. Management clearly needs to address both the behavior of staff and the environment around the property.

There's no ice machine on the property and therefore no ice, which was very disappointing and there's only 1 microwave to share with all the other guests present on the property. They require a $50 cash deposit and then when you leave, the reseptionist inspeced our room and lied stating the sheet was stained and I left soup in the ice bucket and used a towel to dry the floor had a dirty residue on it and therefore they were going to keep my whole deposit. I asked for the proof of stains and my husband demanded he speak to the management which she said wasn't present so when we refused to leave without our deposit, we got our entire deposit.

It was what you would call a minimalist hotel. No shampoo , conditioner or lotion. We stayed two nights , no cleaning or towel changes . One hair dryer for the entire motel.

Tenía una habitación y amablemente me la cambiaron para que estuviera mejor, pero pedí solo una cosa, que fuera tranquila. Pues se escuchaba ruido de la gente que entraba salía o se quedaba hablando. Ruido de los coches pegados a la ventana de la habitación a las 7 am con el motor encendido. No pude descansar.
Por lo demas, correcto.
