I found several bugs in the room and bathroom. None on the bed but still bugs nonetheless. Air conditioner worked but the cover was broken and fell off.

Homeless, can’t really complain.

My room wasn’t cleaned at all while I stayed there. I was never informed if I have to request it to be cleaned or if they would come knock to ask but none of it ever happened

They say it’s a non smoking room, but when i entered my room it had a strong cigarette smell. And the only light that worked was in the bathroom. Fridge also did not work. I did not end up staying here

Cons:

It wasn’t cleaned and they had roaches and bed bugs. I got bitten badly just for the few hours I was there. The staff was not pleasant or helpful wouldn’t even come to the window for assistance was yelling from a far and she was very rude.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had would never go back to any Motel 6
Pros:

The staff was helpful.

Cons:

The owner of the hotel was rude and disrespectful. I was forced to leave after I dispute so between me and the manager. The room that I was given was clean the refrigerator was dirty. There was remnant steel left in the toilet. I got trapped inside the room because the key lock jammed when I asked the manager to be accommodated, he had an attitude with me we went back-and-forth after I explained to him that he had been ignoring me he asked me to leave.
