Die zentrale Lage und zweckmäßige Ausstattung.

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen und hat laut gequietscht. Insgesamt war es sehr hellhörig und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage war an sich sehr zentral, nachts dann aber doch nicht so angenehm. Der TV hat nicht funktioniert.

Die Lage ist ruhig gewesen, Fenster zum ruhigen Hof.
Schönes kleines Zimmer mit allem was der Mensch braucht (Bin Minimalist)
Ich hatte anscheinend Glück mit einem ruhigen Nachbarn.

Cons:

Allgemeine Hellhörigkeit,
Das Bett knarzt bei jeder Bewegung. Ich schlafe mit Oropax, deshalb für mich kein Problem.
Jedoch, wenn man das Pech hat mehrere Nachbarn zu haben die zu laut sind .
Insofern war es für mich auch kein Problem , dass anscheinend die Fernseher nicht funktionieren.
