The location is good next to bars and the beach. People walking in hallways can be noisy, you can heard people loud and clearly, especially if you're a light sleeper. Lots of Indians stayed there during the Songkran festival.
Only booked one night but satisfied with the Flipper Lodge.

Liked the closeness to the beach and bars. Disliked the music from the bars until 4:00 AM. Didn't get a lot of sleep.
Loved my stay here. It was my first time visiting Pattaya and the staff made me feel right at home. Wanted to stay an extra night and had no problem booking an extra night. Great hotel for the price good area easy walking distance to most of the action. Lots of shopping near by will be back already booked for my next visit in April.
It’s okay
The pictures on the Expedia are total catfishing. The pictures appeared to be remodeled or newer hotel with modern amenities however, in actuality, the hotel is outdated. The room we stayed in was cheaply remodeled, with old torn towels and linen, a sink that didn't drain, and a toilet that barely flushed. The view from the window was burnt and abandoned building, like in those apocalypse novels. The only pro was the employees who were somewhat friendly and new what they were doing.
