Worst trip to Reno ever horrible stay
Pros:

The TV did not work. The staff was not helpful. There was drug activity in the parking lot.

Cons:

They do not have any TVs that work. Their beds are extremely uncomfortable. They have active drug users working at that location.

That not everything worked in the room or was missing. I did not have a remote at all the first night so the TV I couldn't use the phone inside my room did not work at all. So if I had to call the front office, I had to use my own cell phone. This isn't the first time that this has happened at that location. This is actually the fourth time where the TV didn't work at all or they didn't have a remote. Everything else was decent.
