Erwartungen übertroffen
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, außergewöhnlich gutes essen, sowohl beim Frühstück, aber vorallem das Abendessen, das Gala Dinner kann man jedem empfehlen.

Cons:

Der Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein.

Pros:

La piscine intérieure qui donne sur l'extérieur, nager entourés des montagnes enneigées c'était wahou ! ♡ .
Le restaurant avec sa cuisine recherchée.
Notre chambre spacieuse avec sa terrasse.

Cons:

Il faut savoir que pour le coin spa ( à partir de 16 ans) , il est interdit de porter le maillots .
Chose courante dans certains pays, mais sur le coup , nous avons été surpris de voir tout le monde nus , en rentrant dans cet espace !

Helpful and friendly staff, clean, great food, overall an experience i would gladly recommend
Pros:

The landscapes are beautiful, it is not faraway from ski lif or from the city, beautiful inside and outside.

Cons:

If i had to say anything negative about this hotel it would be the temperature of the inside and outside pool, a little colder than what i expected and it’s also a personal preference, but since everything else was perfect i would like to visit again

Consiglierei questo hotel a tutti. Il posto perfetto per una pausa dalla vita frenetica. Rigenera corpo e mente!
Pros:

Il personale è cordialissimo e la struttura pulita e accogliente. Bellissima l’esperienza della sauna Aufguss e la qualità del cibo è spettacolare. Colazione perfetta. Abbiamo partecipato alla cena di gala scegliendo la degustazione di vini. Esperienza sensazionale.

Cons:

La temperatura dell’acqua della piscina, troppo fredda soprattutto considerando che c’è la parte esterna. Manca l’idromassaggio.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einem Top Familienhotel
Pros:

Wir haben ein Top Service eines familiär geführten Betriebes genossen. Tägliches Shuttle Service zum Skigebiet Kronplatz, welches der Chef des Hauses persönlich in die Hand nimmt, eine fantastischen Küche, vom Sohn Markus geleitet und ein topsortierter Weinkeller, für den Sohn Alexander verantwortlich zeichnet. Tägliche geführte Sauna Aufgüsse, ein feiner Spa Bereich und gemütliche Zimmer runden unsere in dieser Qualität nicht erwartete Erfahrung ab.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation über Email. Diese blieben im Vorfeld unbeantwortet, auch die vom Hotel im Vorfeld verschickte Nachfrage nach Wünschen blieb unbeantwortet.
