Merveilleux
Pros:

La suite était super. Confortable, spacieuse, propre, bien équipée...
Le restaurant était succulent.
Le spa et piscine : super lieu pour se détendre après des journées de visite et de randonnée.
Personnel agréable et appréciable qu'il parle Anglais dans un lieu retiré.
Je conseille cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Cons:

Nous avons très très bien mangé mais beaucoup trop de plats.
L'hôtel est dans un cadre super mais un peu loin des centres d'intérêts.

Das Essen war fantastisch - weder beim Frühstück noch beim Abendessen geht einem irgendwas ab - auch die individuellen Wünsche werden aufgegriffen. Schöner Wellnessbereich mit kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlägen, aber Preis-Leistung auf jedenfall passend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer in der Standard-Preiskategorie war ok, aber ich würde mich vielleicht nächstes Mal für die besseren Kategorie entscheiden, da die Standardzimmer schon ein wenig veraltet sind. Auch der Pool würde eine bessere Reinigung benötigen und auch frische Handtücher im Saunabereich wären toll zum wechseln nach dem Saunagang. Aber meckern auf hohem Niveau :)

Pros:

È tutto curato alla perfezione e nei minimi dettagli.
La famiglia dei proprietari è sempre presente e attenta alle necessità dei clienti, volendo sempre lasciarli soddisfatti.
Cibo eccezionale, a partire dalla colazione estremamente varia e con prodotti locali, fino alle cene tutte gourmet con ricette ricercate con cui valorizzare ogni ingrediente (una più buona dell’altra).
Piscina e spa molto gradevoli e adeguate anche per trascorrere intere giornate.
Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci!

Pros:

L'ambiente, arredato con cura, i servizi tra cui un bellissimo outdoor comprensvo di piscina , la cordialita' degli operatori, la squisitezza dei proprietari, la pulizia impeccabile, per quanto riguarda la cena cibo eccellente e curato anche nella presentazione, la colazione imbattibile per qualita' e varieta'! In tanti anni di vacanze sulle dolomiti non mi era mai capitato

Cons:

Piu' che altro consiglierei di esporre un cartello per obbligare gli ospiti a fare la doccia prima di entrare in piscina

La cortesia e l'ospitalità di tutto lo staff e dei titolari. La cura per ogni dettaglio. La dedizione della cucina nel proporre piatti esclusivamente preparati con prodotti dell'orto e del territorio.

Cons:

Sarebbe stato bello se l'albergo avesse organizzato un intrattenimento musicale leggero serale nel giardino o anche a bordo piscina. la struttura difatti, sebbene familiare, si presta a tale tipi di iniziative. Essendo località di montagna purtroppo non ci sono molte alternative di svago nel dopo cena.

Super vriendelijk personeel en heel lekker eten.

Cons:

De tweepersoonskamer is niet op niveau van de rest van het hotel. Er is geen airco en matrassen zijn niet comfortabel.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen,netten Gastgebern.
Pros:

Highlight war das Essen, es hat uns wirklich gut geschmeckt. Der Service war perfekt, in allen Bereichen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der gesamte Außenbereich mit Pool, Liegen etc. hat uns auch gut gefallen.

Cons:

Es sind Details wie, fehlende frische Tomaten und Gurken beim Frühstück. Auch die „ normalen Zimmer“ haben ihre Schwachstellen wie z.B. löchrige Vorhänge oder auch im Bad die fehlenden Lampenschirme.

Pros:

Immerso nel verde personale molto gentile camera pulitissima insonorizzata veramente bene ,letti comodi e cuscini perfetti , la vista dalla mia camera era sul laghetto esterno in una splendida terrazzina molto rilassante il cibo curato e molto buono una vera delizia , la piscina esterna e il centro benessere pulitissimi complimenti a tutto lo staff mi sono trovata benissimo
