Mooie locatie, vriendelijk personeel, goed en gevarieerd ontbijt en elke avond een wel doordacht diner. Water temperatuur van het zwembad was goed verwarmd en er waren voldoende bedjes zowel bij het buiten als binnenzwembad.

Cons:

De temperatuur van de douches was soms tegenvallend.

Все было замечательно,ресторан действительно «gurme”.Отель предоставляет полупансион,но по факту это трехразовое питание,т.к. с 15.00 до 17.00 действует бесплатный буфет(кроме напитков)с фантастическим выбором пирожных и фруктами.Спа зона выше всяких похвал.Чистота на всей территории безупречная.

Cons:

Вечером могут возникнуть трудности с поиском стоянки на парковке отеля,но это не может испортить общего впечатления.

Cibo di qualità elevatissima. Siamo rimasti davvero colpiti.

Aggiungete il servizio di trasporto delle valigie in camera.
È un servizio che fa la differenza e aumenta il valore percepito da parte del cliente.
È un investimento che consiglierei per mettere la ciliegina sulla torta.

Per chi vuole riposare ed essere coccolato
Pros:

Bellissima struttura ben tenuta e sempre pulita in ogni ambiente, camera, ambienti comuni, piscina ecc. Conserva il fascino di montagna nonostante il design interno sia moderno.

Soggiorno perfetto anche per la bella piscina, la sauna e le torte buonissime alle quattro. Torneremo sicuramente!

Tutto benissimo.
Devo fare i complimenti allo chef, il momento della cena è fantastico.
Non ho mai mangiato così bene in hotel, ogni cena favolosa, menù raffinati cucinati benissimo…niente a che vedere con le cene rustiche di tanti hotel di montagna….

Cons:

Una piccola nota negativa è sui materassi. Un hotel di questo livello dovrebbe eliminare quelli a molle o come minimo mettere dei topper

Soggiorno meraviglioso
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa struttura. L'atmosfera è estremamente accogliente, il personale è sempre disponibile, premuroso e gentile.
La cucina è stata una riconferma costante: il cibo era semplicemente ottimo, con piatti curati e di alta qualità. Molto bella anche la zona SPA, un'oasi di puro relax, curata e confortevole.

Cons:

Se possiamo lasciare giusto un paio di piccoli suggerimenti:

- Avremmo preferito che l'acqua della piscina fosse un po' più calda (abbiamo beccato giornate con pioggia, nelle giornate di sole si stava benissimo)

- Per quanto riguarda il buffet del pomeriggio la selezione di dolci era ottima, ma ci sarebbe piaciuto trovare anche qualche opzione salata.
