The lobby really invites you to hang out since they offer coffee and tea, and there is plenty of space to chill or work. Since I visited during a colder season, I loved coming back to the hotel after exploring the city to enjoy a tea while reading.
The staff was very kind and helpful, I arrived a bit early for check-in and they managed to find me a room right away.
The hotel offers bikes to borrow which I enjoyed for exploring Poznan beyond the main square. The hotel is just a few blocks from Stary Rynek (the main square) so you can easily walk there at day and night.
I stayed in a basic room, it was comfortable and overall fine, though a bit small. However, it works perfectly for a couple of nights, especially since the hotel has such great common spaces.
I felt the room was missing a kettle for tea, but again, this encourages you to hang out in the lobby, so kind of make sense, you will also find to-go cups at the lobby if you prefer to take your drink back to your room.
The room had a full vanity kit, but (at least in my case) didn't provide slippers, which I would have appreciated
Pobyt w tym hotelu był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Obsługa na recepcji zasługuje na najwyższe uznanie niezwykle profesjonalna, pomocna i serdeczna. Śniadanie było przepyszne, zdecydowanie jedne z najlepszych, jakie kiedykolwiek miałam okazję spróbować.
Pokój był bardzo czysty, przytulny i świetnie przygotowany, podobnie jak łazienka wszystko nieskazitelne i zadbane. Łóżko niezwykle wygodne, a świeża, pachnąca pościel dodatkowo podnosiła komfort wypoczynku.
Ogromnym i bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem była niespodzianka przygotowana przez obsługę dla mojego narzeczonego z okazji jego urodzin makaroniki oraz szampan. To był przepiękny gest, który sprawił, że nasz pobyt stał się jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy.
Z całego serca polecam to miejsce na pewno tu wrócimy!
The hotel was clean and well maintained. It had stylish rooms. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely.
There was a fridge in the room and complementary water.
If you want tea or coffee, they have a fully equipped tea and coffee area in the lobby which guests can use, and there’s takeaway cups too.
We were very lucky to be granted an early check in after a morning flight. Didn’t have breakfast on this occasion but it did look varied and value for money.

Die Wandbilder im Hotel sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, doch das ist schon der einzige (subjektiv empfundene) Malus.
