Hotel super, obsługa niestety nie.
Pros:

Super hotel, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czyste i zadbane wnętrza :)

Cons:

Nocleg zarezerwowany był na dzień mojego ślubu, co zaznaczyłam przy rezerwacji z prośbą o wcześniejsze zameldowanie (13:00, a standardowe jest od 15:00). Z chęcią chciałam dopłacić za taką możliwość. Bardzo niesympatyczny Pan na recepcji, ciężki kontakt. Do ostatniej chwili trzymał nas w niepewności mówiąc „proszę przyjechać około 13, zobaczymy na miejscu”. Zero wyrozumienia, szczególnie w tak ważnym dla mnie dniu. Przy każdej rozmowie z sukcesem sprawiał, że czułam się bardzo niekomfortowo.

Would definitely stay again!!
Pros:

Nice hotel, excellent standard, great restaurant , friendly staff, new and fresh interior, great coffee, tea and water facilities, nice clean but small gym, lovely courtyard and excellent location in old town. Could not ask for any more!!

Pros:

For me, the hotel was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the different pillow options available. The breakfast was simply brilliant, with a huge variety of dishes to choose from. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück in einem wunderbarem Ambiente mit richtig freundlichen Mitarbeitern.
Das Auto konnte sehr konvertabel in der Haus-Tiefgerage abgestellt werden.

Wspaniały pobyt!
Pros:

Piękny design, wszystko dopracowane w każdym calu. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, pyszne jedzenie, miła obsługa. Miłym akcentem jest możliwość zrobienia sobie kawy w wielu miejscach hotelu i np. zabrania jej ze sobą na wynos.
