Very comfortable and clean. Was great to have a bar fridge and kettle and tea and coffee and milk supplied.

What be good to have a mirror in the room instead od going down to the bathroom to do my hair and make up.

Everything! I spent 5 weeks there for work and honestly I was sad to leave! The staff were friendly, the bathrooms were clean and the rooms we stayed in were comfortable and great value for money. I'd recommend anyone going to the Central Coast area to stay at the Lakes hotel.. You won't regret it

Definitely recommend the Lakes- Excellent position !
Pros:

Excellent Location. Rooms and bathroom fascilities were spotless. Close to the Beach,Promenade which has a great selection of Restaurants and Cafes.

Cons:

No private parking, especially since we had valuables in our vehicle. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs, live music playing which did stop at 8.00pm on a Sunday night,fine with us , but just a heads up so you aware of this.
