The only thing I liked was that it was convenient right off the beltway

The beds were saggy and you could feel the springs when you laid on it housekeepers did not come to the room at all

there is a need for Booking.om to have a human talk with customers.
Cons:

The receptionist didn't try to help me obtain a refund when she had posted a sign saying "no hot water." She said I should just contact Booking.com. I just got AI when i called Bookling.com. Motel 6 would have gotten the majority of the fee, but she did not care. I called the police.
