Repeat customers were very disappointed
Pros:

Nice and clean quiet room

Cons:

Reception was out of the complimentary fresh baked cookies and free beer upon arrival which is what we were really looking forward to again as we stayed before two years earlier. Breakfast, which was really good previously was not prepared in time for us to depart . So we had to leave without it . No staff at hotel ever checked our identity with id or credit card . Very odd ! Staff were very young and seemed to have no supervision from management.

Pros:

The staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The rooms are very small and that’s not really shown in the photos. Good enough for one person to stay, but not for too much smaller than expected. Also did not like the vanity outside of the bathroom.

A great place for a multi-day short vacation!
Pros:

Our room was spacious, clean, quiet ad comfortable. The hotel’s central location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Great Falls.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have small end tables beside the sofa, as a place to set drinks, etc.

Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in an area that can be noisey, but I didn't hear anything when I was sleeping. The windows kept out the noise and it was located downtown.

Great Hotel-Maid Service Needs Work
Pros:

The hotel and room were very clean, modern and comfortable. One complaint was, it was only a shower. My husband is fine with that but I like baths. We stayed there 3 nights and the tv selection wasn’t to our liking. Loved that we could order warm cookies and milk at night and our breakfast (although a very limited menu) was delivered hot to our room in the morning. The desk staff were very friendly and hospitable. Our biggest complaint was the maid service. The first day they left us only decaf's coffee pods for the next morning. The second day they didn’t even bother to fill the coffee pods or take the dirty dishes away. They never made the bed or replaced the towels. Shampoo and body soap containers were never filled. I did tell the desk clerk and she was very apologetic. Although I didn’t tell her everything that had been left undone. I normally tip the maid service but there literally was nothing to tip for, on this stay. They did empty the garbage. But that was it. There weren’t many people in rooms at the time we were there, so it’s not like they were overworked. Would we stay again? Yes, I think we would. The beds were comfortable. I’d just call out the maid service right away next time.

Great location, clean/beautiful rooms, friendly staff, tasty breakfast choices, and lots of extras
Pros:

Great staff, and loved all the little perks like beer/wine/ fresh cookies... and breakfast was great! Bringing it to my door was over the top service. We needed to be downtown for a show so the location was perfect. We will stay here again.

Cons:

We were not told that the front doors locked at a certain hour, but figured out the side door entrance.

Pros:

Absolutely awesome staff! This place is convenient to small shops and restaurants. Plenty to do within walking distance. Room was clean and stocked appropriately, as well as snacks and drinks in lobby area. Thank you for the hospitality!

Overall our stay was pleasant due to the staff and boutique aspects.
Pros:

Extremely accommodating staff.
Nice perks; welcome drink, breakfast delivered to the room, free laundry facilities, and fresh baked cookies o request.

Cons:

The location was good for walk ability to shops and restaurants, but I didn’t feel safe in the evenings. There are many young people sort of loitering about town.
