Comfortable, great service, nice location

Perfect choice for a relaxing trip to Baler; but the hotel’s best gems have got to be the people. Staff were always on the ball, very accommodating and they obviously love what they do. Their energy was infectious. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Baler.

Food is very good and breakfast buffet is awesome. Customer service is also a plus. The one bedroom suite we were in is nice and huge.
It was very disappointing that the pool was under renovation when we were there and it was peak season!!! The hotel’s price point is too high considering that there isn’t much they offer. No sports activities, no gym, etc.

I stay this property for our family celebration and my kids loves the pool but we are not lucky during our stay because of the renovation.room was very disappointing because the Aircon was not cold enough.no Telepone connection,Wi-Fi poor connection inside the room.better to check the management on this matter for the future. I stay this hotel several times. But this time not our lucky day!when we are celebrating my wife’s birthday..

Happy with my stay.... the only disappointment i have is... NO HOT WATER in the shower and they were not able to fix it until we left... For someone who lives abroad and having a hot shower is part of everyday life... And you are paying an 8k plus a night hotel and yet your room has no hot water.... i wish they move us to another room because i saw there are lots of vacant room next door, but all i recieve from the staff is SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE SIR.... So i did shower with cold water and this feels terrible for me!!!!

Good Location, free parking. On my 1st day upstairs room was being repaired banging noise is annoying, called frontdesk 5 times and still not able to stop, took about 1.5 hours to end. There was no internet on 2nd and 3rd day of my stay. There was no ice during 2nd day breakfast. 3rd day morning there was no hot water.

Overall it was a very, very relaxing stay for us. We arrived before lunch and they already allowed us to check in. The staff were very supportive and easy to talk with. We loved the attentiveness and courteousness of the crew of their restaurant, The Beach House. The room is very spacious and clean. We just wish that they have a designated room/place for massage and spa. We traveled with our daughter and it was quite uncomfortable having a massage in our room with her sitting there.

We had a relaxing stay and restful sleep.And the food during the morning buffet.Keep always the good job guys.

It was so homey that I wanted to extend my stay indefinitely!❤

Very elegant place, great food and staff. Only issue was the lack of Kleenex, we had to improvise with the toilet paper. Other than that view, pool and 2 minute walk to the beach... Superb!!!

Great hotel. Staff was amazing. I arrived at 9am and they let me check in early. Awesome. This place is also close to everything.

An added advantage which we may have overlooked are Hotel accredited licensed surfer trainors.

Its was a great place.. very relaxing! We had so much fun with My bff .. they gave us two complementary suft lesson which is great but we decided not to use it..(we’ Old for that kind of fun😀) highly recommended!! Service is excellent!

Nice rooms. Nice pool. Good food in the inhouse resto. Very helpful staff.

The resort has an actual surfer’s resort feels with the amenities of full family resort. It has plenty of rooms and most rooms are in front of the beach.
Make sure to try the local breakfast that the resort offers to get some authentic Baler eats, and don’t forget to surf as they have a one hour free surf with instructor’s guide.

Excellent Staff and great location, grounds were immaculate.

We liked the location and the rooms. Beds were comfortable and location was excellent with a beautiful view. Swimming pool was nice. My only complaint was the food. They were out of stock of fruit for shakes the last two days we were there. But the Indian restaurant, The Shack was good.
