They were really kind and collaborative when I arrived before check in time. The hotel is old but well maintained. Everything you need in the small room is there for you. Well located and with a good staff. Surely will come here if one day return to Alicante.
Everything was ok, even when I had a problem with AC they immediately found a solution.
This hotel was a pure gem. It is renovated with modern interior. Room were bright, clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked excellent.
The location was perfect. Everything needed was nearby: grocery store, bars, restaurants and public transport stops.
The bus stup for the airport is 5 min walk away.
I would definitely come back again.
My rate was room only, but there was a bar on the ground floor where Spanish breakfast could be purchased.

La habitación y el baño tenían todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. La ubicación era muy buena a media cuadra del Mercado Central, a 250 m de la estación Mercado del Tram y a 150 m está la estación de bus al aeropuerto.

Un hotel sencillo, muy limpio, camas cómodas, el aire acondicionado anda perfecto en todas las habitaciones y los baños fueron reformados a nuevo hace pocos años. Vuelvo siempre. Bien ubicado y conectado a metros de una boca de tram y para ir caminado al centro o la playa. Lo recomiendo!!
Todo. Y en la planta baja hay un restaurante con menú diario muy rico, variado y económico. También atiende muy bien el personal.

La calidad o desgaste de los colchones, eso es un punto a mejorar
Buena ubicación, convenio con parking cercano. Insonorizado con el exterior, en el interior se oía a las habitaciones contiguas. Personal muy amable.
El tamaño de la habitación es algo justo, así como el baño, donde el extractor hacia mucho ruido. La cama no es demasiado cómoda.
Séjour parfait ! Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Les chambres sont certes petites mais il y a tout les équipements,le personnel est d'une politesse exemplaire, toujours un petit mot d'accueil. La personne du petit-déjeuner est vraiment super sympa et apporte une touche très conviviale. J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de faire un check-out tardif, c'est vraiment un vrai plus pour profiter de la plage jusqu'au dernier moment. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe der Markhalle. Das Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und das Bad ist modernisiert. Unkompliziertes ein- und auschecken. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

* Storage room for luggage available and free (once you've checked out if you have a late flight, etc)
* A straightforward check-in/check-out. Responsive and will accommodate late check-ins. Good pre-arrival customer communication. 24 hrs reception.
Just a few very minor points:
* sound isolation OK, but could be improved
* strict policy on not allowing visitors (that are not the hotel guests) visiting the guest's rooms at any time
* small lift
* TV limited to Spanish-only channels and only few available.

All the doors make noise when closed and opening.
Great location, lots of British bars & cafes and Italian restaurants nearby. Plenty of Spanish obviously.
Short walk to the front/beach.
Staff checked me in early from the airport!
Room next door were slamming doors till 2am and then started again at 6am!
Room small but has a window and aircon.
