Bom, mais a recepção precisa melhorar
Pros:

Na nossa chegada, o rapaz da recepção não foi receptivo e nem olhou na nossa cara. Já o pessoal do estacionamento, foi de mais, e ainda carregaram 100% da bateria do nosso carro!

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, menos da primeira pessoa que nos recebeu!

The location, breakfast and staff at the reception

The housekeeping wasn't that good , we have to ask many times to bring more towels to room , I had to go to reception to pick up.

Gostei localização , conforto , limpeza , atendimento rápido e cordial , café da manha tudo completo ! Piscina ótima ,
perto da praia , atendimento da praia .

Cons:

o barulho da rua é infernal , mas não é culpa do hotel , deveria ter mais fiscalização por parte do múnicipio , na praia deveria ter guarda sois maiores .

Pros:

O hotel é lindo, super bem localizado, o quarto é maravilhoso, super amplo e confortável! Eles disponibilizam um berço super bonitinho para os bebês, além de banheirinha para banho! Também disponibilizam uma caminha confortável para os cachorros e oferecem um petisco de boas vindas que minha cachorra adorou!! Funcionários também todos simpáticos, foi uma delícia nossa hospedagem!

Cons:

A única coisa que não gostei é que o box do banheiro estava vazando, então depois do banho, se não tivéssemos cuidado, o banheiro ficava todo molhado

Ter serviço de praia sem parceria com barraca.
Pros:

Limpeza, localização, restaurante.

Cons:

O fato do hotel ter parceria com barraca de praia. Os hóspedes não foram privilegiados na colocação de cadeiras e guardas-sol. A barraca armava as cadeiras e guarda-som dos hóspedes sempre nas últimas fileiras, focamos sem vista para o mar.

Cons:

Cobrança de 15,00 por cada talher para usar no quarto e 16,00 cada taça.
Lavagem da área da piscina no sábado à noite enquanto tinham hóspedes relaxando e curtindo. Serviço muito ruim.
