At home ambience in the city, great for long stays.
Pros:

Clean, complete and new kitchen facilities, at home environment and the set up of the room is really excellent. Very professional welcome messages, very polite staff, and other accommodations is superb.

Cons:

During our travel, we’re completing some legal documents so the location is somehow distant from the central area but at the same time it’s why we understood more the local scene. The odor of the bathroom sometimes is not pleasant at night but I guess it’s the sewage.

A nice, clean and safe place w/ guards & gates. Good hospitality and care from the management too.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast. Good location with affordable price for tourists who want to enjoy the places along the Chao Phaya river, e.g. Asiatique. Recommend public transportation like Grab or taxi due to potential congested traffic during the day.

Cons:

Traffic in the area can't be changed or controlled so I skip this part.

Exceptional
Pros:

Staff are very accommodating and kind, place is very clean and spacious. Nice view for the fireworks. Kitchen is complete with great sets of plates and utensils
