Short and expensive for what we recieved!
Pros:

The staff

Cons:

2 star parading as a 4 star TV didn’t work maintaince tried for 30 minutes to repair it while we sat there waiting. Tried to otder a beer and food but only breakfast service. Chagrd rooms but the elevator didn’t reset after a power outage had to wait 10 minutes. Beds were too soft water pressure in shower poor.
Complained to the front desk that the hotel was not as listed and we wanted to change hotels, the front end woman appoligized but said we wouldn’t get any money returned.
After we checked in they gave us a notice that renovations we being done and suggested we keep the drapes closed during the day to create privacy. The included breakfast was a joke.

All in all it was a really poor showing of Thai hospitality in 28 years of living here i can’t rememer a pooer performace.
My Thai wife phoned the hotel and asked them if
We could have a small Birthday party for our 2 year old granddaughter and they said yes but didn’t mention they couldn’t supply food and beverage for the guests.
Basiclly it was a stab and grab!

Buffet Breakfast.Clean pool. Clean Rooms. Nice Staff. Good location. Not far from the local area shopping centre. Markets and food stalls across the road. Cafe, 7/11, McDonald's, Nail &Spa shop downstairs. Laundromat across road( If you like doing your own). The hotel does offer laundry service. Beautiful skyline city view.

Pros:

Breakfast is normal, and the location is near my office, but it is not suitable for my international guest

Cons:

The shower unit is out of control, meaning the water is either too hot or runs cold water and the water pressure is not to my expectation
