Great stay, great value for money, excellent extra ordinary staff .
Pros:

The hotel is a typical family-owned hotel. The staff cares about the guests and was super nice.
The hotel itself is well located. We were skiing, and driving to Folgarida every day (12 mins drive) .
Breakfast was great, the kids had enough of variety.
Dinner is prepared by the Chef, according to a pre-ordered menu - it's was delicious.
The Hotel has a nice room for kids, and a bar where you can chill after ski.
Spa is good, though basic. It is chargeable extra.
Free parking is always great.

Cons:

Nothing much. Great value for money.
It's obviously not Ski In/Out.
Dinner takes time, until all the dished are served. Our kids lost patience, and returned to the desserts :)

La camera molto pulita, accogliente e confortevole. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Non mi ha fatto impazzire il cibo,ne la cena (il primo di ravioli era crudo) ne la colazione. Peccato perché per il resto tt ok.

Un soggiorno molto piacevole e rilassante, che davvero ricarica l'anima, in un'atmosfera familiare, ma mai fuori luogo! La cortesia e l'accoglienza, l'attenzione ai dettagli e alle richieste dei clienti, la posizione ottima (vicino alla stazione di Dimaro, ma anche vicino al piccolo centro del paese), la pulizia delle camere e della spa. Una colazione a buffet varia e una cucina tipica, ma particolare, complimenti allo chef per gli ottimi abbinamenti! A mio parere un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, anzi il costo della cena (antipasto, primo, secondo, dolce) era simile a quello dei ristoranti della zona, ma a fronte di una migliore qualità. Consiglio vivamente!

Struttura curata e staff eccezionale
Pros:

Accoglienza dello staff eccezionale! Colazione e cena molto abbondanti con grande cura e attenzione verso le esigenze di grandi e piccoli. Staff ben coordinato e professionale. Buffet sempre pieno!! Struttura leggermente fuori dal paese ma con vista Stupenda (si consiglia o camere con vista il prezzo ne vale!). Ampio parcheggio, ben segnato e con strade facili per raggiungere il paese anche a piedi!
