Room was bad, furniture was old, room hygiene was under standard. Lobby was not light enough and unprofessional staff.

Large hotel with large beautiful swimming pool. Apartment was spacious, bed large and comfortable and excellent cleaning service. Breakfast buffet is excellent, but people are the best part of this hotel. I felt welcome and taken care of at all times.
I stayed with my family for 5 nights. The first night, there was a really heavy rain which caused a huge issue to the elevator. It took half day for the elevator to be fixed. My room was at level 15. I had to climb 15 floors up and down to purchase water and lunch for family. I understand this was nobody's fault but accident, so I have no complaint about the issue. The second night, my husband was showering in our room, and the water stopped running. My husband had to go downstair to talk to receptionist. The receptionist apologized to my husband, explained that heavy rain caused issue to the pumping system, and asked him to shower in the bathroom of the hotel's gym. I am quite speechless with this hotel at this point.
On our check out day, they told us they could not find a small towel in our room. Therefore, they had to charge us for the small towel and a broken hanger. If there is a department that handles complaint for hotels in Vietnam, I for sure will file a complaint. For all the hassles that we experienced, we got no compensation. On the other hand, we had to pay for the broken hanger and the towel which they could not find. Since we were rushing to the airport, we had no time to talk to the manager. We just paid and left. With the way you guys are doing business, good luck to you and your future clients!

This is a reasonable hotel, but it needs a cleanup and better service. Not according to the western standards.
Very clean and comfortable suite room. The bed is very nice and even don’t wanna wake up. Breakfast is nice and the swimming pool is good.

I've stayed here a few times in the last three years, including this year. This hotel is at a convenient location where you can readily access transportation and food. Many different types of restaurants, ranging from middle to upper class, as well as local hawker centers, are all within walking distance. One thing to note is that the hotel staffs are quite pleasant and helpful. I'm having a great time staying here.
Happy to stay here as a longest business trip for over 6 months. Location is great including service mind. Room size is suitable even for the quarantine during lockdown. Food is ok-ish just a little to short list of menu but overall good quality.
I stayed from middle of June to middle of November 2021 include quarantine, my review is not any help in usual.
Amenities and services is average, breakfast is enough for me, and prepared room service menu in Japanese. Sometimes wifi was not connected.
My business trip was so horrible in this time, but hotel stay was comfortable. Especially hotel staff in reception treated me kindly. Thank you.
