Couldn't use the shower
Pros:

It was close off the highway

Cons:

It was shady. Should have stayed in Redding. The shower wasn't usable because the floor was cracked and falling apart and there were drain flies inside the shower, meaning decaying organic matter and slimy biofilm inside the plumbing system.

Microwave and table were dirty. It was insanely hot inside the room, but there was air conditioning inside the room).
