Nice front desk staff, but I would not stay here again
Pros:

The location was good for what I needed, with parking right outside my room and restaurants close by. The front staff were very nice, attentive and helpful when I had issues with my key pad. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Cons:

The room was dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned prior to my arrival, with evidence of the previous patron left on the back of the toilet seat. UGH There was no cleaning service available the entire 3 nights I was there, so no one could clean it. The fridge froze my items, but at least it worked. The biggest issue I had was the room key not working. I had to have it re-coded about 7 times. one of the nice front desk ladies cleaned the lock (there was no maintenance person available) but eventually the card would no longer work and I had to be let into my room a few times by the front desk ladies who used an electronic device to bypass the lock. They did ask if I wanted to change rooms, but I was leaving the next morning at 4:20am, so opted not to bother.

Pros:

The room was comfy. Considering the length of my stay. The housekeepers were respectful of my things etc.

Cons:

A few fixes on the road can be done soon.. ( paint lines or avoiding potholes)

Pros:

I like that it has hot water and ac blows cold air to sleep comfortably

Cons:

Had next door men slamming the door that goes to our room and seem like they wanted to get into our room and my son was scared and crying. He's autistic and bipolar. So had a rough night. And in the morning there was a man and two women arguing. Nothing to do with staff. We are visiting my husband while he works in del rio.
