Прекрасный, уютный, романтичный отель где чувствуешь заботу!
Pros:

Большой, уютный номер (брали семейный комфорт на двоих) с красивым видом, прекрасный, дружелюбный персонал, отличные завтраки-ужины (брали полупансион), удобная, большая, бесплатная парковка только для гостей. Хороший выход на склон - от локера до склона идти около 40-50 метров по горизонтали. По приезду попросили сдать на ресепшн ключи от автомобиля, потом поняли зачем - почти сутки шёл сильный снег, всё завалило по колено, утром ушли на каталку, вернулись - вся парковка расчищена, машину тоже полностью освободили от снега и чуть передвинули. Молодцы!!!!!

Cons:

Дороговато конечно, но видимо того стоит! Не очень удобный локер, хотя и система открывания удобная - с общего считывателя около наружного выхода карточкой от номера открывается персональный шкафчик, правда было бы удобно добавить ещё один пульт около входа изнутри, чтобы ненужные перемещения в тесном помещении исключить. В каждом шкафчике отлично функционирующие сушилки для обуви. Но тесно, сесть для переодевания ботинок особенно некуда, в час пик, когда основная масса, особенно с детьми, выходя на каталку прямо тесно, приходится ждать, пока народ на улицу выйдет, особенно с учётом того, что многие и не торопятся выйти на улицу, увлечённые разговорами и предкушением... Конечно это от людей зависит - пришёл, быстро переобулся, всё своё забрал и жди на улице, не мешай остальным.

Sijaintia ja hyvää palvelua arvostavalle laskettelijalle erittäin hyvä paikka Dolomiiteilla.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli todella monipuolinen ja lisää vaihtoehtoja sai tilaamalla. Päivällinen sisälsi useita vaihtoehtoja. Viinin ystäville oli tarjolla erittäin laaja viinikellari. Hotellin sijainti oli todella hyvä ajatellen laskettelua.

Cons:

Äänieristys käytävästä huoneisiin ei ollut paras mahdollinen mutta kokonaisuudessaan viikko oli todella rauhallinen.

Ravis d’avoir choisi cet endroit et cet hôtel
Pros:

La décoration des salons est belle, les canapés profonds et confortables.
Le personnel du restaurant est au top. A notre demande le maître d’hôtel nous a placé auprès d’une baie vitrée qui a vue sur les sommets. Les serveurs souriants et bienveillants. Nous étions en demi pension et on a bien fait car les repas sont bons et copieux, tout comme le petit déjeuner.
Le soir une femme de chambre vient préparer la chambre pour la nuit, fermer les volets avec une friandise sur l’oreiller.
Le Spa est bien agréable,
Le samedi soir animation musicale au bar.

De tudo, na verdade!
Desde a simpatia dos funcionários, à limpeza e cuidados dos espaços. Tudo muito bem decorado!
Vários espaços para se poder descansar e tomar uma bebida ou estar só ali a apreciar a paisagem.
Spa e ginásio com o essencial, de livre acesso.
Muito bom no geral.
