Resort was perfect
Very relaxing
The room has no chairs to sit in, in your room. None. You either sit on the bed or the floor. The floor was never really clean, always sandy. The food selections are very limited, and being allergic to mushrooms turned into a big thing. The folks who work there are so friendly and kind. They are the amazing feature of this place.

There was water shut-down due to pipe burst. The electrify failed (went off) 3 times.

The property was really nice clean and staff was great. There was hardly anyone who spoke English. I guess I need to really learn Spanish..
The property could be very special but, looks like the owners have not done any renovations for years. No access to the beach because of erosion. The rooms lacked decor. The buffet was undesirable. Cold food and lack of choices.

El hotel hace muchos años debió de ser muy bonito, ahora está muy descuidado oxidado, no funciona la puerta de la terraza se nos apagó el aire acondicionado en la madrugada y no pudimos dormir por el calor, la comida mala , en general amarga experiencia

It was ok. Nice ocean views that what I book with you…. but needs a lot of attention like cleaning maintenance and the enter to the property is to bad a lot of holes to get in to the property. At least make a drive way. Food was ok. But coffee on a foam cup?? Really?? Drinks really bad.

Overall I rate this property low due to the lack of cleanliness, attention from staff, and accountability. We stayed longer due to family and activities we wanted to do in the area but even before arrival to the property the front desk never picked up thier phone. We even arrived and called the front desk and noticed that the receptionist was ignoring incoming calls. Also, beware of the lack of cleanliness within the rooms. After being checked in we proceeded to our room to find a large spider with web all over the room. I did address this with the front but I was met with push back instead of moving me to a clean room. After back and forth I was able to move to a different room. Within this room I found a bed bug and cockroach, mind you it was my finally day so no further room change was made. Also, when speaking to the front desk very little was done to take accountability and provide excellent customer service without having to push for the hotel to address my needs. I believe this hotel is not a good option and you should spend your money elsewhere, where you matter to the hotel.
The hotel property is not well kept. The room was not clean. The ceiling tiles off the balcony were damage and was falling.
Great staff and food, room with a hammock, beautiful shower and warm water, nice pool, great music and not too loud, just enough fun.
