Excellent location and amenities, very clean and comfortable
Pros:

Great location near Shinjuku Station and Subway, and with lots of shops and things to do. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well organized. We really liked the onsen, laundry facilities, and luggage delivery service. The staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

Cons:

The room was very small, which might be uncomfortable for a longer stay, and there wasn’t much of a view. But overall, everything was clean, convenient, and comfortable.
