Pros:

Good location and nice amenities. Everything was very well explained on the in-room TV. Really liked the public bath. Good value for Tokyo.

Hotel bom custo benefício.
Quarto é pequeno ideal para uma pessoa ou casal pouca bagagem. Compensa pelo valor e localização. Silencioso local tranquilo mas pouca distância do Kabukicho.
O Onsen é ótimo.

大浴場のジャグジーが良かった。

Cons:

チェックインの時の番号入力が疲れてホテルについて老眼で見えにくいのに数字やら名前やらを入力するのが面倒だった。　ホテルの方の接客は良かったとおもう。

Tolle Lage am Park und nah am Bahnhof
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Lage am wunderschönen Gyoemmae Park und nur 10 Geh-Minuten zum Bahnhof Shinjuku. Eine kleinere U-Bahn Station ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Der kleine Onsen war ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt.
Die Zimmergröße (11qm) ist für uns ungewohnt aber zum Schlafen (für eine Person) ausreichend. Der Koffer findet seinen Platz unter dem Bett ;-)

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the metro and train station and close to the park. The facilities were very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 🙌

Cons:

The rooms are really small and the only storage space foreseen is under the bed. It is not possible to unpack the clothes.

Lovely staff, but facilities aren't ideal for stays longer than 3 days.
Pros:

staff was super nice

Cons:

Lack of natural light in the rooms. The space felt small and impractical, I've stayed in small rooms before without issue, but this one was genuinely uncomfortable. It was very humid, and the air conditioning was hard to manage since most settings are centrally controlled, so it was either too cold or just blowing humid air.
The elevator situation was also a problem. There's no practical option to use the stairs, and during peak times you may need to let 3–4 elevators pass before you can get in.

Good location and friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff, nearby train station and main attractions, clean room and manageble size of the room. I also like the Onsen, it was very good to arrive after a long day of tourism and be able to relax there.

Cons:

Comparing to other APA's I stayed in the country, i could smell the carpet that was not the pleasant, you need to turn on the airco right away to stop smelling.
If you are a picky eater like me, the Breakfast will not satisfy you with western option. But if you are open to try new things for breakfast, they have good variety.
