Pros:

Very good location in a waking distance from interesting spots. Close to the metro station. The room is compact but clean and offers everything you need for a sleep over. The staff is very friendly, kind, polite and helpful.

Pros:

位置超棒，附近走路一分鐘就有地鐵站和一個賞櫻的地點（新宿御苑），還有泡湯大浴池，我入住期間，幾乎每天去泡湯

Cons:

房間真的太小，兩人房型跟一人的大小一樣，以這個價錢，會覺得有點貴

Great location, wish i had chosen a different hotel.

Breakfast was horrible, hot foods were cold (everyday)

Housekeeping lined hallway with bags, could barely get into room.

No lobby or gathering area.

If you don’t do express checkout, staff is visably annoyed and difficult.

The step up bathroom had no redeeming qualities. Difficult to get in and out of.
