Bon hôtel bien situé.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à côté d'une station de métro et d'un parc.
Le quartier est très animé.
Bien isolé, nous n'entendons pas les bruits extérieurs.
Le personnel est très serviable.

Cons:

La chambre est petite, pas de place pour ranger les affaires mais c'est courant à Tokyo.
La salle de bain est minuscule mais propre.
La salle de petit déjeuner n'est pas très accueillante, beaucoup de salé et peu de sucré mais c'est suffisant.

Pros:

Proche de la gare et du métro de Shinjuku. Quartier plutôt calme. Grand hôtel avec l'équivalent de bains chauds avec hommes / femmes séparés. Des machines à laver et des sèches linge disponibles.

Cons:

Chambres très petites mais suffisantes car on peut ranger les valises sous le lit.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena.

Cons:

Mi experiencia en este hotel no fue buena. Lo único que destacaría es su excelente ubicación y la amabilidad del personal, quienes siempre fueron atentos.

Entiendo que es un hotel económico, pero tiene muchas deficiencias. Nunca encendían el aire acondicionado en los elevadores ni en los pasillos, por lo que las áreas comunes eran muy calurosas.

La habitación era realmente muy pequeña. Reservamos una habitación para dos personas y la cama era matrimonial. De un lado estaba completamente pegada a la pared y del otro solo había un pasillo de aproximadamente 30 cm antes de llegar a un escritorio muy pequeño. El espacio para moverse era muy limitado. El baño también era pequeño, aunque sí contaba con tina.

Las sábanas resultaban incómodas porque picaban y la habitación tenía un olor desagradable, como a pies. Además, únicamente proporcionan agua embotellada el primer día de la estancia.

Si viajas solo y únicamente buscas un lugar bien ubicado para dormir, puede ser una opción aceptable. Pero si buscas comodidad, definitivamente no lo recomendaría y, en lo personal, no volvería a hospedarme aquí.

We don’t mind the small size of the room since they are practical with space under the bed. The price is reasonable. We

+ Location is great. It is close to under ground stations, shopping and restaurants.
+ The towels and bath ropes are changed daily.
+ The room was cleaned every 3 days or whenever requested.
- Although it could be a bit cleaner especially the bathroom (smells a little) and the hot public bath.
+ Staffs are very pleasant and professional. Will stay again.

Cons:

The mattresses are getting old as it has dent in the middle.
