Great location, very comfortable room/bed and clean, lovely and helpful staff.

Great location, I was a ten minute walk from Shinjuku station and honestly loved being close to the main city but the area not skin to skin with people. The room was always exceptionally clean, giving you fresh towels daily and the staff was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the black out curtains made it hard to get up on the morning, there is also multiple lighting choices with a dial to control the intensity which was lovely! I absolutely recommend staying here

Id say this was fine, but not tattoo friendly, great location though.

Cons:

Not the most tattoo friendly they have to be covered up so japanese people don't fall over dead from the sight they see every day everywhere else.

Una estancia cómoda y bien ubicada para conocer Tokio
Pros:

El hotel estuvo muy bien para lo que necesitábamos: dormir y bañarnos, ya que pasábamos todo el día recorriendo Tokio. La cama era cómoda y de buen tamaño para mi esposa y para mí. Está muy cerca de los jardines Shinjuku Gyoen y de la estación de metro Shinjuku Gyoemmae, lo que nos facilitó movernos por la ciudad. El desayuno era bueno y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que hubiera café disponible antes de las 7 de la mañana, especialmente para quienes salimos temprano.
