Mobilità perfetta, pulizia e staff gentilissimo

Ci è piaciuto moltissimo la posizione dell'hotel perfetta per muoversi vicino agli ingressi delle metro e ad un passo dal quartiere di Shinjuku. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e molto preparato su ogni richiesta ti fanno sentire davvero a casa. La pulizia della camera era perfetta e ci sono tutte le dotazioni base compreso asciugacapelli, boiler elettrico e alcuni prodotti per una bevanda calda veloce e un po' di acqua. Due cuscini tra cui scegliere. Non abbiamo fatto in tempo a visitare la spa

La camera era un po' piccola ma siamo stati 4 giorni e dopo la prima notte ci prendi subito le misure. Nulla di preoccupante e soprattutto le dimensioni sono riportare durante la prenotazione

Pros:

Loved how easy it was to find from both the main and local stations. The room was clean, and the hotel was very easy to navigate. The pharmacy across the street was incredibly helpful when my friend and i ended up sick.
