Struttura vecchia e mal tenuta, personale maleducato e non qualificato, l’unica persona gentile il cameriere la mattina alla colazione,il primo giorno non c’era l’acqua calda contatta la reception la risposta è stata “ fate scorrere l’acqua “ per un 4 stelle direi non adeguata !!!!
Esperienza negativissima dí notava che tutto era molto approssimativo!!!!

Če se še kdaj vrneva na ta konec Italije, si bova izbrala isti resort.
Pros:

Odlična lokacija. Sicer nekoliko odmaknjeno iz mesta, kar pa ni bilo moteče, saj sva potovala naokoli in se nisva veliko zadrževala na lokaciji.
Plaža je bila pod oknom in bi se lahko tudi kopala, čeprav sva bivala konec oktobra.
Zajtrki so bili dovolj bogati in različni.
Vse osebje, s katerim sva imela opravka, je bilo zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo.

Le cadre de l'hôtel et magnifique

ce que nous n'avons vraiment pas apprécié c'est de ne pas avoir été mis au courant que cet hôtel recevait des événements absolument tous les jours ! et de ce fait les clients de l'hôtel, c'est-à-dire nous, ne sommes absolument pas pris en considération relayés au fond d'une salle pour la prise de repas dans le vacarme infernal de l'événement en cours, du personnel exténué de ces journées marathon pas très aimables, ne faisant que peu d'effort pour se faire comprendre. D'autre part pour un 4 étoiles le confort laisse un peu à désirer, petite télé pas plus grande qu'un écran d'ordinateur, aucune chaîne étrangère, un canapé pas en face de la télé, clim réversible qui ne fonctionne pas, literie très très dure, terrasse avec des plantes mortes, rideaux tachés. Bref très déçue.
