Pros:

Great location next to the train station, convenient transit from all over town. The staff is very friendly and provide option for late checkout (it’s not free but it was very useful to have it nevertheless)

Convenience Meets Comfort
Pros:

The location of this place is everything. The facility is secure and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was great... exactly what we had expected. The water and coffee were a nice treat. The breakfast tickets for the cafe down the street were a bonus! This place is a bit of a hidden gem. This place is a 5 out of 5.

Cons:

I had previously seen complaints about noise from the metro. I did not experience this. My room was quiet and comfortable.

Great centralisation, comfortable room, fabulous hosts.
Pros:

The location was fantastic... literally across the road from Termini railway station and the hosts were wonderful. Strongly recommend this place if you are a tourist in Rome.

Personnel très agréable et aux petits soins, propreté impeccable et situation géographique idéale. Chambre moderne avec les équipements nécessaires. Présence de la climatisation qui est plus qu'appreciée au regard de la canicule.

Cons:

Manque de finitions au niveau de la chambre (receveur de douche sur lequel il doit y avoir une légère malfaçon sur la pose car l'eau s'écoule en dehors de celui-ci vers le mur, finitions bâtis de porte qui se décollent du mur).
Également pauvre isolation phonique.

Close to Roma Termini. Helpful staff. Room was alright size but it needs hooks to hang stuff. AC! Baggage storage.

Se devo trovare qualcosa di non positivo è che eravamo in una struttura senza l’ascensore. La stanza era al primo piano ma con le valigie è stato un po faticoso salire e scendere. Altrimenti personale accogliente e disponibile e lo consiglierei a tutti
