Pros:

I like that its central and right across the road from the footy stadium. Wonderful restaurants just a couple of doors down. Safe parking, we chose to park undercover, our car was totally safe and secure.
Friendly staff and very helpful. I loved the room decore and the bed was very comfortable. We are definitely going to come back again, this time with the whole family, thank you Grand Hotel, Townsville.

Cons:

Only one thing I didnt like was having to open 2 doors before entering our room. The area is too small, and we had alot of bags and we had to hold the doors open.

Pros:

Size of the room was great and it had a balcony that you could sit on if you wanted. Bed was comfortable and large. It was also in close proximity (walking distance) to all the restaurants and night-life.

Cons:

I dont understand why you have to pay for parking on their property but apparently its a done thing so @$15 a night for open air and $25 a night for undercover, its not the worst.

Pros:

The room had a good view of the city, lots of space in the room and was very clean.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off on the Sunday morning and was a false alarm, it was horrible as we all had to leave the building in a rush.
