Pros:

L’hôtel était très confortable, la nourriture y était bonne et les chambres propres ! Merci particulièrement au personnel Poonam, qui est à l’entrée de l’hôtel, qui est d’une grande gentillesse et m’a aidé !

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

We found the ppl and workers very nice. The rooms felt like they weren’t cleaned property. Our sink in one of the adjoining rooms wasn’t working. We had two ppl to a room and only received one bath bowel. So had to constantly get someone to come up and ready the problem. It’s very irritating. We got an email after check in about pool being out of order. We felt ripped off. It was a hot day and our kids were so disappointed. I don’t think we will use this hotel again or this chain.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Hilton à Agra. L’accueil était vraiment au top, avec un personnel attentif et très professionnel.

Nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la nuit et devions repartir très tôt, vers 4h du matin. La réceptionniste a eu la délicate attention de nous proposer un petit-déjeuner à emporter. Tout a été soigneusement préparé et emballé dans une boîte, avec les boissons que nous avions choisies une attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée.

La chambre était impeccable et très confortable, et l’hôtel en lui-même est magnifique.

Seul regret : ne pas être restés plus longtemps !

アグラ観光に行くなら間違いなくベストホテル
Pros:

インド旅行に4泊したがその中で最も清潔だった。またシャンプーやコンディショナー、タオル、スリッパなども完備していて、非常にサービスがよかった。
スタッフのサービスの点においても、丁寧に受け答えをしてくれて非常に話しやすかった。
朝食に関して、様々なインド料理が置いてあり、味も満足できる。食べ方がわからないときに、スタッフの人に食べ方を教えてもらえて、助かった。

Cons:

屋外のプールを利用したが、蚊が多く、何ヶ所か刺されてしまった。ただ､インドであれば仕方ないとは思う。またホテル前のコンビニに近い形態の露店では非常に高い金額を請求されたので必要なものがあれば他の店で買った方がいい。
