We entered we were greeted with welcome drinks and guided to the room by Shilpa dey Also on informing that we were there to celebrate 10th Anniversary, our room was decorated and cake was there when we returned back to room in the evening which was a very good surprise. The property is well managed and food is absolutely amazing. We took buffet lunch which was delicious and had buffet breakfast before leaving in the morning. Everyonevery helpful and empathetic. we saw pupet show and my son particularly enjoyed kids play area and . Thanks to Hilton

Shilpa from front office was very nice lady always there for any kind of assistance and Fareen from travel desk made our trip hassle free with the best coordination and made an itenarary for us was so helpful

Pros:

It was really a nice experience at Hotel Double Tree by Hilton ( Agra )!, we had a nice stay , best part of the property is that we had enjoyed at pool of the property where Mr. Sunil had guide us very nicely, I really appreciate his nature. Pool was also well maintained. One should surely visit this property.

Excellent ! Will stay again when in Agra !
Pros:

The whole stay was excellent. From the moment we entered the hotel we greeted with some nice coco chip cookies and warm smiles by the front desk staff. Special mention to Ms. Shilpa Dey from the hotel staff for ensuring out whole stay was hasslefree. My wife had requested to decorate our room in advance which they did and also gave us early check-in which was so kind of them. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast on the ground floor restaurant was delicious. The pool was clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again when in Agra.
