High price for low budget provision.
Pros:

It was quiet and in general the staff were lovely. It was easy to arrange a taxi to the Taj. The pool area was good.

Cons:

The most outrageous thing was when we were checking out and were asked to scan a qr code to submit a Google review. Having scanned it the member of staff took my phone and completed a 5* review on my behalf. The buffet food was ok, some of it was low quality and some of it good. Would not do half board again. The breakfast was ok. Pillows were very soft. Thought we might be able to browse the shop but no, the usual hassle. Very minimal tea and coffee and pretty budget stuff.

The standard does not match the brand name.
Pros:

Room was a good size, was comfortable enough. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Front desk team wasn’t welcoming, had to wait for check in and after a long journey, it was annoying. Room needed some attention, the quality of finish could be better for the name. The area it’s in is dirty, and it stinks.

Awesome!
Pros:

We were traveling to see the Taj Mahal and they allowed us to leave our bags earlier in the day so we would be free to tour. The breakfast was phenomenal! We had young children with us and they helped us make sure they were taken care of the whole time.

Cons:

A slight inconvenience was that we ordered out for supper on zomato and the deliveries could not come up to our room.

Pretty much everything! We loved the room, the food, the pools and in particular the staff were amazing!! Especially Phil and Rekha at reception!

Pros:

The room is comfortable and big and has a small fridge.
The breakfast is good enough but doesnât have enough variety.
The manager help me to change the room due to the fact that first was a smoking room.

Cons:

The hotel should have smoking and non smoking room and the front desk staff should ask the clients what kind of room do they want.

Pros:

Hotel is good, room is very clean and spacious.

As we did arrive early, room was not ready yet, so we went for lunch at the hotel restaurant. Although it was still before opening time, staff did arrange a delicious meal for us.

Cons:

Location is good, although due roadworks nearby a little difficult to arrive
