The only bit that I liked about the room was that it was spacious. I also loved the sweets offered in the breakfast buffet.

Exceptional Hospitality: This was by far our best hotel experience in India. The level of service is world-class. A massive thank you to Shilpa, who noticed that both my wife and I had birthdays within days of our arrival. Without us even asking, she arranged a birthday cake in our room—a gesture that stood in stark contrast to Hilton New Delhi.

The Room & Sleep: The room was excellent—quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. After traveling through several cities, I had my best night's sleep here. Everything worked perfectly, and the environment was truly restful.

Problem Solving: Even though the hotel pool was under repair, the management handled it perfectly. Instead of just an apology, they offered complimentary access to a pool at a nearby hotel, showing they truly care about the guest experience.

Dining & Staff: From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff were consistently excellent. The food service was top-tier, maintaining high standards that you would expect from a 5-star brand but with a personal touch that is rare.

The only minor setback was our Taj Mahal visit booked through the hotel; while our tour guide was excellent, we had a frustrating experience with the onsite "official" photographer. He originally quoted INR 100 per printed picture, but once the photoshoot was over, he suddenly demanded INR 10,000 for all the digital files for our 30-min photoshoot. We spent a good portion of our visit arguing over the price instead of enjoying the monument, which was exactly what we were trying to avoid by booking a hotel package. Thankfully, our guide eventually stepped in and negotiated a reasonable price, but I would advise future guests to be extremely firm on pricing before any photos are taken.

Departure: On our way out, Shilpa and Phil gave us a thoughtful token/gift, which was a lovely way to end the stay.

Verdict: My wife and I have already agreed that we would return to Agra specifically just to stay here again. For a 5-star hotel, it offers incredible value for money.

It was a perfect holiday for my family and l had a great time with my family at this hotel reception staff was very helpful especially taiba Shristi Salman Aakansha they guys very just amazing it was only a night but my kids enjoyed a lot and the world famous cookie 😝😝 it was so tasty my kids have 3 of them 😝😝 thank you so much guys will come back soon 🙏🏻
