Very clean, enjoyed my stay and near train station.

とても綺麗なお部屋で快適に過ごせた。
朝食付きでお得でした。

Cons:

化粧水、乳液のアメニティが欲しかった。

パジャマのズボンが欲しい。

アパカレーは、頂けて嬉しかったがとても荷物になった。

朝食とても楽しみにしてました。5人中、4人分は待たずに運ばれてきましたが残りの1人分、何度言っても、全然運ばれてきません。なぜ?席も混んでましたが4人は私が食べ終わるまで待ってないといけなかったので無駄な時間だし、席もゆずれずに効率が悪いと思いました。

I was given a good room of my preference such as non smoking, quiet and it is in a good location if you want close access to Haneda Airport

Good place to stay for exploration
Pros:

Accessibility to higashi nihombashi station is really good. The staff is very friendly which made things easier. Lot of convenience stores and restaurants were nearby too and its the perfect place to stay if you like to explore tokyo city. The view is incredible!

Cons:

Cleanliness wise its good but i found some tapes which had hair sitting on the chair in the room. Otherwise cleanliness is really good

Good location and amenities, the breakfast was a let down
Pros:

Very good location, the subway entrance is directly outside the entrance. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfy, powerful shower and hairdryer, the curtains were blackout and the room was soundproof. The bathroom amenities were good and restocked daily.

Cons:

There was a long waiting time for breakfast, insufficient menu and not enough seats - a cafe downstairs. The fridge in the room is very loud and less than a meter away from the bed. There is no wardrobe or drawers - clothes were left in the suitcase, with no space to open the case. The room was incredibly small !!

It was worth for the money you paid.
Pros:

It is close to B4 exit of the Asakusa Train line, and 2mins walk for 7eleven and just beside a drug store.

Cons:

It needs improvement on lighting fixtures and the 2nd floor amenities, its a small room for 4 machines.

Pros:

Room was very clean, clean towels when ever you need them. We stayed there for 7 nights, room is cleaned on their schedule, but can also be cleaned on request. Location was fantastic, two subway lines, and one is directly in front of hotel.

Cons:

Bed was really bad, it was not confirtable at all, small room (but to be honest, that is something that we knew in advance, that was not surprise, and most of hotels are like that). Breakfast was was terrible, one slice of toast bread cut in half and one egg, and cup of coffee. Do not pay for the breakfast, you can have much better breakfast in 7 Eleven, and other similar shops.
