Very friendly and helpful

Awful staff-my 10 year old daugther dropped some of her ice cream in the lobby. I immeditaely tried to clean up and asked the staff for some kleenex to clean it up. She refused and also did not allow me to use the bathroom to throw it out as we had already checked out.
I DO NOT reocmmend this hotel if you are travelling with children. Awful experience.

In a qiuet neighbourhood close to transit, convenience stores, drug stores, restaurants, and cafes.

Close to JR Asakusabashi Station. Arrived before the 3pm check-in time and the hotel staff took my luggage to hold until I returned later in the day. Many restaurants and a few convenience stores nearby.

The room and hotel matched the description. Yes the room is small but we were aware of that. Hotel is 1 min from the metro exit on the A line. Very quiet neighborhood

Room is very small but you pay for what you get

We chose this hotel mainly because of its accessibility to the metro. You can walk from the train station, but I recommend using the metro. Checkin is again from 3pm, so if you arrive early you just have to wait. We arrived on a rainy day, so we waited in the lobby for almost an hour. The hotel has vending machines for check-in and check-out. The rooms are quite spacious by Japanese standards. Rooms are clean and quite modern. We did not use the breakfast option in the vicinity of the bakery and the shop. Super location to the metro to Dotonbori and to the Expo exhibition.

Close to several trains stations and easy to walk

We stayed here for 6 nights. Very good experience. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, and the shower water pressure was excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, and I felt safe walking around at night.

This hotel is steps away from the subway exit B4, which is next to the Hisashi-Nihombashi Station (Asakusa line) and a short walk away from the Bakuroyokoyama Sta. (Shinjuku Line).

Lastly, there are many exceptional food locations around this area. The best advice is to get your Google Translate augmented reality open on your phone and just go read menus until you find something you like.

Comfortable bed, pillow was hard as had beads in the bottom. Language issue for english, the staff did not understand they needed to take the voucher for collection of my bags. Location is good, 711 next door. Close to 3 stations. Easy access to tokyo and Haneda and Narita airport. Lots of food places to eat. A4 exit has elevator. B1 exit has elevator depending on which exit.

Property is in a superb position close to metro station and so easy to navigate to any part of Tokyo from this station. Staff are polite, friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean, well kept and provides an excellent service. Room size a bit on the small side but not a complaint. Would definitely recommend.

The property is good overall but the rooms are tiny. They didn’t look anything like advertised.

Good comfortable 8 days stay!

I really loved that I could leave my suitcase and bag here before checkout and before check-in.

Hotel only supplied 2 little of free bottles water on check in day whatever how many days you booked !

I liked the location two subway lines right outside the door.
Rooms are small, but matches the price.
