空港からの移動には最高の立地
Pros:

空港からの移動が便利。
地下鉄も、JRも、濡れずに移動が出来るし、出張するものからしたらとてもありがたい。

Cons:

急な階段ではなく、重たい荷物をエレベーターで運べるようになってくれたらいいのにと思っています。
今工事中なので早く工事が終わればいいのにと願っていますが。
それと、チェックインに時間がかかって、特に若い女性スタッフが無愛想。そこだけがとても気になります。おもてなしというより、まずは警戒、疑いから入るという感じ。私は日本人で60代女性なので、違和感を覚えます。外国人客が多いせいでしょうか。

已經入住慈飯店多次很滿意飯店的方便性，除了這一次入住的經驗不佳
Pros:

離地鐵站近。

Cons:

這次入住的房間在2樓，晚上11，12點外面還在施工，隔音設備很差。而且隔壁緊鄰的倉庫吵雜聲不斷，建議不該將此房安排給顧客。

perfect location just at higashi nihonbashi station. room just like any other single bed room anywhere in japan.

Cons:

breakfast very poor. just a menu to choose from with very few options. no lobby in the hotel. no place to sit.
