Pros:

Check in was easy. Not to far from beach strip. Although there was only one set of towels & no housekeeping we made the best of it!

My favorite place to go for a weekend getaway to Tulum
Pros:

I just got back from my weekend getaway. We live in Cancun, and we escape the craziness of Cancun to enjoy the beautiful Tulum beaches ever month. We just discovered Tulum Townhouse or Amansala Pueblo, and I have to say we LOVE IT.

We love that the rooms are so adorable, minimalistic and chic, clean and comfortable.

We love the restaurant on the ground floor of Palo Santo, and the staff is fantastic. Food is incredible for working. It seems to be a hub for Digital Nomads.

We love that it is Amansala as that is our favorite beach club, and you get a discount if you rent a room at Pueblo. We basically get our Amansala fix but stay in Pueblo and then spend the entire day at the beach location at their beach club.

My favorite escape and favorite getaway!

AMAZING STAY AND GREAT LOCATION!
Pros:

Our vacation was perfect! Thanks to this hotel. The room was spacious, and more than we expected. There is also a great restaurant on the first floor that is open for breakfast through dinner. The location is on the main road so you can ride a bike in like 10 minutes to the beach.

Great Hotel!
Pros:

Great location! We stayed here as we wanted to save some money and not be too far from the beach zone. It was prefect! The room was spacious, and more than we expected. There is also a great restaurant on the first floor that is open for breakfast thru dinner Easy to get around from this location as last time we stayed in ALdea Zama but could not walk anywhere. This is on the main road so you can ride a bike in like 10 minutes to the beach. I'm really recommending this hotel! And will definitely back!

It’s a joke hotel
Pros:

Absolutely joke of a place. The stuffs are not speaking english and if you don’t speak Spanish good luck. We got there at 3.30 pm but it wasn’t ready. We waited for 1.5 hours to get our room. Electrical switch inside of the shower, linens/sheet are dirty and very old with holes. Our first night water was cut off. We waited two hours for take a shower. Very old hotel. I would never recommend in this hotel.

Pros:

Overall very clean. Absolutely no amenities though. (No hairdryer, no more than 2 big towels, any sort of soap, toilet paper) We had to ask for toilet paper two days in a row to finally get some. No lobby staff around in evenings. AC worked but didn’t cool the room and there’s no fans in bed area so the air is hot and still. You can hear every noise coming from the outside. Overall convenient spot for walking to nearby places but it’s expensive to taxi to the main strip of resorts and beach clubs. You definitely get what you pay for here. Best thing about it was that it was clean.

Great value and super cozy
Pros:

This was such a cute place to stay! The rooms are super clean and very cozy. We didn't have a TV (which is totally fine because we were on vacation) but the wifi was down, which was a bummer. Other than that, it's simple, clean, and perfect for your Tulum trip.

Mala experiencia
Pros:

Pros:

Nice, clean, and spacious rooms and a nice lounge. Back rooms are much quieter than the ones facing the street.

No vale lo que cuesta, decepcionante.
Pros:

No value for money and super plain rooms
Pros:

This hotel is super puristic and not worth the money. The rooms are super plain, almost no furnitures, bad lighting, no Air condition. Max price I would pay 35-45$. Service friendly but better watch out for other hotels.

Good stay @ Amansala Pueblo.
Pros:

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The room rate was cheaper as compared to other hotels nearby. It was clean and it has a big cabinet to put all our things. The aircon worked well and we had good nights sleep. It is very basic, but for the price, we could not complain. The internet did not worked well inside our room and we have to go down to the lobby to check our emails and important updates. There was a problem with our reservation as we booked 1st night thru trivago expecting it to be on the beach but our reservation went to the Amansala Pueblo and not either on 2 other Amansala hotels which are on the beach side.

Basic but has everything you need
Pros:

This is where I always stay in Tulum. The hotel is basic but unless you plan on spending your whole trip inside the bedroom you don't need more. They have big comfortable beds, huge clean rooms and bathroom and also offer free Netflix on the t.v (although the last stay the Internet wasn't working but we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel any ways)
It's a short 5 minute taxi ride to the beach. Great price for rooms and the staff are always welcoming

Excelente relación calidad precio y muy cómodo
Pros:
