Absolutely abysmal. Stinks of smoke. Cockroaches on the floor. Sold my room despite numerous messages saying I would arr
Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

Cockroach on the floor in the lobby. Room smelled of smoke. But the worst part?

During the day, I tried to phone them to tell them I would arrive late. Phoned multiple times, but phone number on the listing didn’t work. So, I messed them twice to tell I would be late.

When I finally arrived at the hotel, they said:
(1) we don’t have any evidence of your booking, calls, or messages; and,
(2) after ten minutes of arguing they said, we have evidence of your booking but you arrived late, now your room has been sold; and to top it off,
(3) you can purchase our last remaining room at a higher price.

Because it was almost midnight by this point I had no choice. I paid them AGAIN on my credit card.

They refused to refund. So I have paid twice for a terrible, terrible hotel.
