Impressive!
Pros:

Service by the reception staff exceeded my expectations. Staff were thoughtful and well-communicative, polite and service oriented.

Location-wise, excellent (for those driving): it feels much less congested than being in JB main town itself, yet it is just a few minutes drive away.

I liked the large beds and good quality television. Bedsheets and towels were satisfyingly clean.

Family of 4 for a quick night stay
Pros:

Cost effective for one night stay with 2 double beds fit for a family of 4. There is a small selection of F&B for breakfast within mins of walking

Cons:

The bedsheets and cover feel washed but have stains, cleanliness is barely tolerable for a night without pulling the curtain or adjusting the bin position, clusters of dust are visible. The toilet is aging but functional. Staying at L2 heard cars zooming by till 11pm and start at 7am.

Pros:

Location was a great with cafe in walking distance and 7 eleven a block away. Great price.

Cons:

The waiting area outside with some cosy coner, like to have a cup of coffee in the morning after woke up. Pleasant stay.cheers

Wasnt good like it used to be.
Pros:

The location is the win and it is at the end corner. A lot of eateries, cool corridor to sit at night. Look quite presentable.

Cons:

The price is not par with its quality. I stayed here few years back it was so good and clean. This time, room is a bit aged the furniture. Bed is okay. Cleanliness is not so much. Broken facilities in bathroom. Dirty bathroom no maintenance. The bathroom door placement is just so wrong when open the door you have to close it first before u can enter the sink side. Dusty furniture. Loud noise from the road. Only space to pray is in front of the bathroom door. no other space. Deposit is 100 but in website it stated 50. Also in web said baby cot is available but actually none is provided. I feel like the price is not matching with its quality. I would not come back.

Pros:

Easy to booked.

Cons:

Car park area...quit difficult to go out from car park....a lot car keep coming in...maybe can apply road hump to slow down the car coming in.
