Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Nature
Pros:

I missed the opportunity to stay here during my previous trip, but this time I finally experienced Occidental Paradise Dambulla. It was a wonderful stay from start to finish. The environment is peaceful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff provide excellent service. The buffet was also very good with plenty of options. I’m glad I finally got the chance to stay here.

Great Hospitality
Pros:

Amazing hospitality and a very relaxing environment. The hotel is located in a calm and scenic area which makes it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. Special thanks to the staff for their warm and attentive service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

L emplacement et la literie était parfaite. Chambre spacieuse, extérieurs au top et le buffet délicieux. Personnel adorable

Pros:

The location and the atmosphere created by the resort

Cons:

The maintenance of the rooms. They changed our room but both had similar problems. Bathroom showers are moldy, towels old, wardrobe doors do not open, TV remotes missing pieces, windows and curtains not cleaned in ages, didn't have hot water until we reported and got the rooms changed.

Lovely setting and friendly staff
Pros:

All of the staff were very friendly, particularly the restaurant staff Mr Rasika, Thanuja, Dananjaya, Nawoda and Isan.

Food was nice and staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

For a four star hotel the rooms are not very good, leaky and old. I think the hotel generally needs renovations and maintenance.

Most enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Friendly and very helpful staff. Quiet beautiful location. Comfortable with good facilities. Excellent buffet food.

Cons:

In need of an electrical upgrade - more modern sockets and better lighting in the rooms. Internet very slow at times.

Best Service
Pros:

Travel with my family and we booked 03 separate bookings. Due to some reason hotel couldn't accommodate us. But they have arranged another resort for our stay and that was perfect. Both properties handle the situation in a professional manner.
