Poor reception service and disappointing food quality.
Pros:

The hotel reception was quite modest compared to the Hilton brand expectations. The entrance area and lobby flooring were undergoing maintenance during my stay, which was inconvenient and negatively affected the overall appearance of the hotel. In addition, the breakfast quality was disappointing, and most of the food options did not meet expectations.

A god hotel and helpful staff.
Pros:

I stayed under difficult circumstances , the staff was very helpful under there circumstances

Cons:

Not very clean
Since an evident has occurred within the hotel to my father, an acknowledgement of that and helping a bit more due this occurrence could have helped.

Цена и качество не соответствуют действительности- абсолютно!!!!!!

Местоположение, чистота в номерах
Очень хорошие постельные принадлежности( подушки, матрас,)

Cons:

Нет зонтов( учитывая батумский климат с большим количеством дождливых дней), их не то что нет в номерах( Хилтон☝️), их даже нет у отеля. в 10 утра их уже разобрали.
В номере нет бокалов ни под какие напитки, кружки и стаканы под воду
Скудный завтрак, а то , что есть безвкусно, сыры и рыба непонятного свойства и качества
Кондиционер в номере выключается через каждые 5 мин, пока не позвонили на ресепшен , тогда кондиционер заработал без отключений
Неприятные , тонкие банные полотенца
