C était pourtant la 9 e fois que nous venions au Koulnoué.
Le restaurant du soir etait satisfaisant cependant

even we were not able to get to the hotel because of storm and floods and we contacted the property to confirm the refund, they still rejected. Very disrespecful, i would not recommend to stay and support those kind of people.

Accueil peu chaleureux à la réception.Absence d'information sur l'hotel.
Pas de matériels pour le tennis ou des raquettes en piteux état.
Serviettes de bain propres mais tachées.
Site agréable cependant.

Die großzügig aufgeteilte, weitläufige Anlage liegt traumhaft schön am Strand in einer atemberaubend wunderbaren Landschaft; wie man es sich in einem kitschigen Prospekt über die Südsee vorstellt. Die Bungalows sind praktisch und angenehm in der Größe wie in der Ausstattung. Wunderbar die Terrasse mit Blick auf Palmen und Meer. Da Doppelbungalows, bekommt man zwangsläufig den Nachbar auf der Nebenterrasse mit.

Wichtig: Wifi ist in den Bungalows entgegen der Angaben nicht möglich; stabiles Wifi gibt es nur in der Lobby. Das nervt, ist ärgerlich und sollte klar gesagt werden. Dann doch lieber die sündhaft teure Tourism Card des staatlichen Telekomanbieters OPT nehmen (50 Euro, 25 GB, 3 Monate, Netzabdeckung gut).

Ebenso wichtig: In Sachen Verpflegung ist man auf das Hotelrestaurant angewiesen (Dinner-Buffet knapp 40 Euro)! Denn Hienghene ist ein kleiner Ort. Es gibt nur ein Restaurant mit einer eher garstigen, unfreundlichen Wirtin, bei der das Essen vorab reserviert werden muss! (Hinweis: Dabei sind die Menschen im Norden von Grand Terre alle durchweg herzlich, liebenswert, freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Wer also einen längeren Aufenthalt als ein oder zwei Nächte beabsichtigt, wird sich zwangsläufig immer im Hotelrestaurant mit dem sich wiederholenden Buffet versorgen müssen.

Sejour convenable en accord avec ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Tennis ou golf en declin malheureusement, buffet pourrais être améliorés. mais service agréable, bungallow très bien.

Le seul problème est que le buffet est froid pour des buffets chauds .
Également des plats hors d œuvres répétitifs

Séjour en famille en bungalow avec piscine privée,. Les bungalows sont propre et spacieux. La literie est confortable mais il n'y a qu'un petit oreiller par personne dans le lit, un peu plat… Peut-être faudrait-il les changer ?...
Concernant l'accueil, la réceptionniste est charmante et souriante.
Le buffet du soir est complet comme le petit déjeuner, large choix et pour tous les gouts.
Le bémol est sur les serveuses du restaurant. Quasiment aucune ne sourit, une forte impression de les déranger, peu aimable et qui te montre le frigo pour te servir seul une carafe d'eau… Très déçu par ce service …
Le cadre est magnifique et permet le dépaysement total.

Case agréable, grande et propre. Tout petit frigo. Grande structure avec pas mal de monde mais seul hôtel de Hienghène. Resto cher. En bord de mer, mais pas de plage. Wifi très faible dans les cases

After driving all the way up the island VERY disappointed with this resort. Very untidy, messy - looked like the resort was deserted - weeds and long grass everywhere and building looking old and drab. Was your lawn mower and weed eater broken?? Website photos gave false impression.
It is a great concept and location on the beach but the whole resort needs an overhaul - all the activity area were also very unkempt. Very limited dining options - buffet ONLY for dinner and breakfast - and we never eat buffet but had no choice here as no other restaurant option nearby.
Took a long time for checkin but Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. Didnt appreciate the staff entering our room (3 x times) though without knocking!! Arrived at unit and only had 1 x teabag for 2 x people. Safe was locked and loose - not secured to anything - had to tell the guy who came to unlock it what he had to do to rectify it - he didn't know it needed a 'master key' to unlock. Had group of youths screaming and running around and knocking on our door and running away at 9pm at night and then again waking us at 6.30am talking and laughing loudly outside our unit while rolling joints and smoking.
Not our best choice of accommodation while in New Caledonia.

Le bungalow très propre, avec tout le confort : literie impeccable, grande douche, belle terrasse avec vue à couper le souffle.

A wonderful holiday resort in an absolutely stunning location. Our bungalow was beautifully presented, with a perfect view from the terrace. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, mini golf, badminton, basketball and snorkelling across wonderful coral from the beac( right by the hotel. The restaurant served delicious food and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Brilliant village like setting. Lovely staff. Great to support the local community.

In a quiet location, right on the beach, about a 10 minute drive from the town. Our bungalow was roomy, clean and very comfortable and looked towards the sea. Dining options were limited but there were not many guests when we stayed. Overall, was very pleasant.

Nice place to stay right on the beach with great views. Room was comfortable and clean. Views from our room overlooked the water and a couple of islands. Food was good with a local produce, fish and meat on the menu. Service was excellent, staff were pleasant and helpful despite the language barrier.

Le personnel est très accueillants et souriants.
Très disponible , les chambres sont très confortable.
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.
