Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, freier Zugang zum Strand, wirklich sehr beeindruckend. Spielplatz ist okay, es gibt ausserdem ein Fussballfeld, einen Basketballkorb, eine kleine Vogelvoliere und ein Aussenschachspiel. Weitläufiges Gelände mit viel Rasen und mehreren Schwimmbecken, sowie einem Indoorpool.
Das Zimmer ist für eine Nacht ausreichend, das gebuchte Familienzimmer war groß, hatte zwei Fernseher, also in jedem Raum einen.
Total nette Angestellte am Parkplatz. Die Frau hatte wirklich alles im Griff und das bei der typisch türkischen Parkweise von teilweise 4er Reihen nebeneinander...
Das Sylvesterfeuerwerk war sehr schön, die Ausgabe der Getränke funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Man kann halt nicht alles haben und Organisation ist nicht jedem gegeben.

The hotel was wonderful. This was our first experience spending Christmas in winter, and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is very well maintained, everything is looked after with great care, and the service was perfect.

The staff were extremely professional and friendly, speaking several languages including Russian, English, and German, which made everything very comfortable for us. Even though it was winter, many facilities were still open — even the beach bar. The snacks were delicious, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

The food deserves a special mention — truly 10 out of 10. A huge thank you to the chef: everything was incredibly tasty, and everyone always finished their plates. Thank you so much for your hard work — Ellerinize sağlık!

The resort overall is truly beautiful, offering a serene and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes guests feel at ease.

The reception team was exceptionally respectful and cooperative, with special recognition to Mr. Emre for his outstanding manners and genuine support. His kindness and professionalism turned our stay into unforgettable moments.

The buffet and dining experience were absolutely delightful. The food was not only delicious but also of remarkably high quality, deserving a perfect score of 10/10.

We stayed with a group at this hotel in September 2025. Overall, everything was fine. The food was excellent, with themed dinners and polite and helpful staff. The sea was clean.
Cons: inconsistent service from the receptionists.
On the first day, our room wasn't cleaned before our arrival. We checked in room at 2:20 PM.
We looked for the receptionist in the Theodore building, but he wasn't there. We asked the maids at the hotel to clean the room.
On the second day, new guests came into our room and were given a key card for our room.
We were in the room at the time. This is a problem with the receptionists.
They distinguish guests by their bracelets: fabric and beads, apparently depending on the origin of the guest's passport.
They only give one key card per room. Inconvenient.
Frequently asked questions: there is a hookah, but it's nicotine-free.
It's better not to agree to a trip to “Novamall” in Manavgat with the condition of visiting the Olympia jewelry store from guides and hotel staff. In Olympia, they sell low-quality products at overpriced prices.

So, Justiniano was a great experience overall. Its so huge, that you have to "understand" the hotel.

You have 6 bars, 5 restaurants and everyone has its pros and cons.

The best bar is definitely a Moonlight bar. And the master bartender - Mehmet (you can see in our photo) is a top notch bartender- 10/10. I really love to see such professionals and friendly persons in hotels.

The restaurants are varying but the main one is GREAT!

Always look into the GRILL section because you can always find some steaks, fish, etc there - AMAZING.

The beach is very nice, but it's Stone-ish - which is acceptable and the water is AMAZING and AZURE - wonderful.

This hotel is like 95% Russian, which is absolutely not a problem but the personal know more Russian than English. So bear this in mind. But personal know English as well (e.g. the Mehmet from the bar).

Generally, we LOVED the stay and I would definitely would come back. I love it here

I would not recommend this hotel at all!
Not professional, they don’t know their job. They don’t know peoples rights. They can just hold you there in the room just because they themselves do not know how to operate their business. They advertise their hotels in booking.com and we are customers who used this platform to book and paid using this platform. But they didn’t know how to take their money from booking! Now a question: is this my problem ? Why does this have to affect me and My family?

The bar manager mahmet is so good like a strong men and sweet and i think if he grow up like from the bar manager to the manager of the hotel he can comes many peoples from which country i would like take my opinion and thanks
