Great stay. Close to all spots

Staffs were friendly. A lot of shops were near by hotel which was really convenient.

Location is good! Love the breakfast and free alcoholic / soft drinks plus ice cream! GREAT!

Perfect location to stay at a train ride away from dotonbori, shops and train station. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodated us with any questions we had, the hotel also offered daily house keeping and family mart downstairs and very corner.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly,welcoming and so accommodating. They threw in so many little extras to make our stay that much better.
It is an older hotel but they make up for it with fresh bread in the morning, Free fresh waffles , free coffee, tea and drinks ,a free happy hour. A lovely in smoking area that's also just a great patio to sit and have a drink at the end of the night. The room was very large for Japan. The location was super close to a very well-connected station. It was walkable to shinsenkai and lots of food in the area. the neighborhood felt super safe and friendly.
My only complaint would be the bathroom could use a renovation , bit of a weird smell in the toilet room when you flushed , And we were unable to actually go onto the balcony due to hotel policy. other than that, the state was perfect . They charge a very reasonable rate for a late checkout if needed.
The family Mart downstairs was such a nice bonus, they had seats inside and outside so you could enjoy your drinks and snacks and watch all the cool cars drive by. Extremely convenient overall. Wish we could have stayed longer. We love Osaka!! Friendliest people in Japan by far.

Lovely hotel for our first stay in japan

We stayed for a few days and the size of our room for the price was excellent. We had plenty of space, not as typical for a budget hotel in Japan. It was a little walk to places, but not so bad - Dontonbori was a simple walk. Looks slightly rundown, but it's totally fine and again nothing too bad for the area or price. They did have some great free amenities - including ice cream, coffee, and some sodas available all day, then some very delicious breads for breakfast, along with waffles, and there was a mix your own drink happy hour. This place worked for us and helped us save a little money on our trip.

Not clean , breakfast option very limited

My family enjoyed our stay here in this hotel. It’s so close to everything like shops, trains , restaurants and convenient stores. We also enjoyed breakfast here, freshly baked bread everyday is a treat. Everything we need is here. We will definitely come back.

We stayed here over our week long stay in Osaka and it was an amazing hotel! Staff are very kind, rooms are rather large especially for Japanese standards, and on top of that it is in a great location for reaching Dontonbori and there is a train station right outside the hotel. Along with that, the hotel has a all day ice-cream and drink stand and morning bread which is fantastic. Overall, this hotel was a fantastic stay in Osaka and we highly recommend!

Daily freshly baked bread, drinks, and ice cream!

Ideal for our four night stay in Osaka. Very near Daikokucho station which gets to Namba (Dotonbori) in one stop. Conveniently located between Dotonbori and Shinsekai. Was a great hub for us during our stay. Rooms at the front can be loud, and seemingly lots of sports cars/bikes racing late at night, which was our main issue. Only one elevator and hotel is 8 floors, but that is me being nitpicky! The Family Mart next door was also very convenient. The staff were brilliant and very helpful, and we shipped our luggage to the next hotel which arrived the following morning. Would stay here again.

This is a very nice small hotel. Very convenient and reasonably priced. Bed is comfortable and it fits 4 people (small built). We really love the location. Our only complain was the toilet as it's separated from the bath. The toilet gets smelly maybe because the vent is not that strong but other than that everything is perfect. We will stay in this hotel again.

For the money, this is a solid hotel, for a budget, you get a decent room with A/C in a convenient location close to Namba and Dotonbori. Free drinks (inc alcoholic) and breakfast rolls for this price point was a pleasant surprise. Overall a very good hotel for the money and would stay here again. Conveniently above a Family Mart. Little tired in places but well worth the price paid

Overall everything is really great apart from the smell from the toilet or/and bathroom..

Great courtesy for offer all guest free drink/ ice cream/ alcohol in dining room .

Location is a good 15 minutes walk to dontori or kumana market

Near everything and perfect hotel

We recently stayed 2 days and loved this hotel! The staff are friendly and the room is fantastic. We had a standard twin room and the beds were large and comfortable. The room was big and had separate toilet and shower areas. It was within walking distance of Dotonbori and lots of great food and malls and is right above a convenience store! Overall, we had a great stay here and will definitely be returning on our next trip!

What we did not like was the fact that they did not go into our room to collect the trash. They had told us to leave the sign out and they would go and throw away the trash. We stayed there for 4 nights and with the trash piled up.

The room of entrance is dark,no light. No tea bag or water provided. The service are terrible and rude.They don’t care the feelings of guests only charge the money
