Racism at its worst
Pros:

The reception was racist asked how on earth I got a greencard told me to go back to Pakistan even though my ID is English. Threatened to call ICE on me because I didn’t get off my phone when he demanded as I came to check in around 7.30pm. Refused to check me in had his dog an Alsatian try to intimidate me. Then called a guest to join in mocking me. Was about 70 year old and wouldn’t give me a refund called the police. Told me to sit down then wanted to call the police. I’m a lawyer and a very law abiding citizen. This was a disgrace.

Alles war super. Wir haben sogar kostenlos ein kleines Frühstück bekommen und konnten unser gepäck am letzten Tag verstauen.

Dusche hat seeehr lange gebraucht bis sie warm wurde.

Will stay here again.
Pros:

I liked how close it was to everything and the fact that there is a 7-11 right next door. Maria gave me a book on my way out and that meant a lot to me. Security is 100% thanks to the German Shepard that is there sometimes.

Cons:

The mattress could have been better.

Great hotel!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay! The room was excellent and very clean. On top of that, the hotel staff were incredibly sweet – always helpful, attentive to every request, and genuinely lovely. I highly recommend it!

The room is a bit small
