Ubytovanie so skvelou polohou a perfektnými raňajkami.
Pros:

Tento hotel má 2 veľké pozitíva. Ubytovanie ma úžasnú polohu - za pár minút ste v centre mesta a raňajky. Raňajky sú naozaj veľmi chutné, ponuka je rozmanitá a podávajú sa v nádhernej zimnej záhrade, ktorá sa len tak hocikde nevidí.

Cons:

Ako negatívum hodnotím staršie zariadenie izieb - kúpeľňa síce bola krásna prerobená, v porovnaní so zvyškom izby to však bol veľký kontrast a bol tam dosť zatuchnutý vzduch. Ak sme náhodou zabudli zavrieť dvere na kúpeľni, odtok bolo fakt dosť cítiť do celej izby. Posteľ bola na nás veľmi mäkká.

Celkovo klady prevyšujú drobné nedostatky, radi prídeme aj nabudúce.
Pros:

Vonkajší dojem pri príchode nebol najlepší (ulica, stav domov na nej a pod). Po vstupe do hotela sme okamžite zmenili názor, veľmi pekný malý hotelík, boli sme veľmi príjemne prekvapení. To isté aj izba a kúpeľňa, veľmi pekné.
Veľmi ochotný a príjemný personál na recepcii aj obsluha v reštaurácii. Toto oceňujem vždy najviac.
Príjemná reštaurácia, krásne veľké palmy, sedenie, to sa nám páčilo.

Cons:

Na izbe bol na niektorých miestach prach, evidentne upratovačka pri predchádzajúcom upratovaní tie miesta (napr. nočné lampy) neotrela. Strešné okno už nebolo v najlepšom stave, otvoriť sa dalo cca na 5 cm.
Boli sme za posledných x rokoch v mnohých hoteloch, vždy 4 hviezdičky a v porovnaní tu boli najslabšie raňajky.
Boli OK, nesťažujeme si, len pri porovnaní posledné miesto.
Len príklady v porovnaní:
V ponuke nebola fazuľa v paradajkovej omáčke, miešané vajíčka, krupicová kaša, výber nátierok, jediný pomarančový džús, a čo nás sklamalo najviac, úplne chýbal klasický chlieb, tmavý ani iný. Boli malé keiserky, malé bagetky (čerstvé, veľmi chrumkavá kôrka, čo nie je moc príjemné na ďasná), narezať nožom sa dal len tmavá dlhá bageta (inak veľmi dobrá). Ale klasické ovály chlebíka vôbec nie.
Prvý deň, keď sme ešte nemali večerný program, chceli sme si pozrieť aktuálne zprávy v TV, ale ten sa nedal spustiť.
Neporadila si ani končiaca recepčná, nočný recepčný, našťastie, problém odstránil, takže potom už všetko OK.

Un hotel horrible
Pros:

Absolutamente nada. EL personal muy antipatico. Pedi poder ver el spa para decidir si lo usaria o no, y me dijeron que no. No hay ascensor. Los muebles y la recoracion, tienen mas de 100 años ronicos. El precio que pagamos (106 Euros/noche) no se ajusta en nada a la realidad.

Drahí hostia neodporúčam, tento hotel v prvom rade oklamu Vás hneď pri registrácii, kde očakávate kvalitné informácie. Nám bolo povedané, že raňajky sú od 7. Čo bolo klamstvo. Po dohode mali to preplatiť, ale už sa nezdvíha telefón a totálne ignoracia. Čo sa týka izieb kúpeľňa by chcela upratať a dezinfekciu. Neodporúča sa ubytovať

Breakfast was “alright” nothing super delicious or fancy. And people on the reception were very polite and helpful in case I needed anything.

Cons:

The room was dirty and I had a feeling that the room hasn’t been cleaned. I was traveling with my dog and we both have allergies to dust and my dog kept on sneezing despite being on the medication. The air conditioning wasn’t working, so I called the reception desk to report it, they promised they will have a look at that but nothing ever happened.
