Pros:

Small well located hotel. generally good restaurant.Staff english could be better .Spa was good .

Cons:

Stairs everywhere. signs were confusing and limited. it was an expedition to reach the spa. no lifts

Nice hotel , one night is ok
Pros:

We like the location , it is very good and close to old about 5 minut walk , there many restaurants around , and shops , all monuments are close one to another. Very nice breakfast

Cons:

There is no elevators , no kettle for coffee in the room.

Pros:

Snídaně výborná, ale menší výběr. Jídlo bylo v restauraci ale výborné. Poloha hotelu je ve městě výborná. Místo je klidnější. Postel a matrace výborné.

Cons:

Stará rozpadající se okna v jednom ze dvou pokojů. Nešlo zamknout se na pokoji, nefunkční zámek, dveře celkově netěsné a nešly pořádně zabezpečit. Celkově starší výbava hotelu. Nevětratelné pokoje uvnitř dvora s hlukem z restaurace. Nešťastně řešená koupelna. Recepční byl duchem naprosto nepřítomný při našem příjezdu, budil zvláštní dojem. Celkově hotelu chybí pozitivnější atmosféra, v něčem působí děsivě. Parkoviště nemají za zdí, jak uvádějí, ale na ulici.

Slabota odporúčam sa vyhnúť ak by cena bola polovičná zvažova by som.

Rnajaky OK celkom velke izby pre tych ktorym na tom zalezi.

Cons:

Wellnes je otvorený mimo nedela a pondelka. To mi príde na wellnes hotel dosť bizarné. Izby sú veľmi zastaralé. Chápem pointu boutique hotelu ale tu to posunuli na nový level. Odpadávajúce lišty, špinavé koberce, farba odpadávajúca z každého miesta ako sa len dá. Tento hotel vás presunie niekam do severného Srbska. Nehovoriac o nesúrodých tvaroch stoličkách stoloch atď, ktoré vyzerajú ako by majtelia len pridávali čo im na rozum zišlo. Celkovo ľutujem svoj pobyt. Za cenu 4 hviezdičkového hotela som dostal ubytovanie na úrovni penziónu. Keby viem zaplatím radšej polovicu a idem do doslova hoc akho penziónu. Jediné čo bolo super bol service lebo zamestanci boli naozaj milí a snažili sa nejak vyhovieť aj keď sa to moc nedalo. Ak hľadáte miesto na prespatie v Košiciach na business tomuto meistu by som sa vyhol. Ako zatvotená reštaurácia tak aj wellnes vlastne úplne maže koncept "hotela". Miesto by som pomenoval ako priemerné airbnb v historickom štýle určite nie 4 hviezdičkový hotel. V mojej izbe dokonca nešla ani voda teplá tak mi museli meniť izbu.

Pros:

Es war einfach alles perfekt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war köstlich und wurde in einem wunderschönen Ambiente serviert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, zentral gelegen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
