Pros:

Staff was friendly place was very clean

Cons:

No matter how much I change the thermostat the room was always hot and when I put things in the fridge, it was practically room temperature, and the pictures on the website did not match the room at all

Great Hotel for Edmonton Travelers

A beautiful clean modern hotel in an ideal location for early morning travelers. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past five years and continue to give it high recommendations. The most attractive feature is its location … attached to the Edmonton International Airport makes it a preferred place to stay when traveling early in the morning. No need to battle weather or traffic or chance interruptions to your business or leisure travel. The outstanding staff are very welcoming and supportive and are very aware of the complications of early and late arrivals and do their best to accommodate! The lounge and restaurant are outstanding and the rooms are always clean and well maintained… great linens support a restful sleep no matter how short or hurried your stay might be. We have never been disappointed and always look forward to our time here. Always enjoy the features in the gallery.

Great nights sleep after more than 30 hours travel. The staff were amazing when I checked in at almost 2am.
