Good hotel in a strategic area. Not a new hotel but quite good. Spacy room woth kitchen set, wide bathroom with bath tub, living room also.

They need to improve the service as we are not our first time to stay here, as we have corporate agreement due to the company chose this hotel. The stafs are new mostly at the time, less seniors. Hospitality is quite good but they need indeed to improve.

The location is good near to everywhere. The facility is good.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. The location was convenient, with restaurants and popular attractions just a short walk away.

Been pleasant staying here, they served me wholeheartedly, I forget the person name who handled me when checking in, but among the other front desks, only he gave a smile without any work formalities, it doesn't mean the others are bad, the others also provide very good service. But for me, the only one who impressed me was him even though he forgot to register my car's plate number, but he is really friendly and had fun energy, overall it's pleasant to stay there, but a bit less detailed when I extended from 3 days 2 nights to 4 days 3 nights, on the last day, they also forgot to re-register the plate number haha ​​it doesn't matter but just make me a bit stuck at the gate when about to c/o and make other cars behind me wait a little longer, ther first time i got stuck I tried to call several times to their office number by whatsapp but taking awhile to answer probably because it's early in the morning.more importantly it closes tp any thibgs

A quite room.

Very good experience staying at the hotel. There is a surprise birthday setup in the room. All the facility in the room is very nice and clean. The breakfast was good and delicious. Even the pool is good for that size not to big and not to small. All of the staff is very friendly.
