Tonkok Hotel

Bedsheets were super dirty. Front desk refused to change the sheets. Bathroom had a nasty piss smell. Rented a moped, rear tire popped because owner uses 17 inch inner tire for size 14” and they try to make us pay to fix. The worse experience ever but you get what you pay for (a place to sleep in).

Not so good, too close to road

clean and tidy, big rooms, even an outdoor kitchen type space, comfy beds, seperat ac and hot water, good shower, good service. i was plesantly suprised at the condition of this appartment compex, will stay again!

ห้องน้ำเหม็นมาก ขอหมอนเพิ่มไม่ได้ แอร์ก็ร้อน เตียงก็แข็ง อาหารเช้ามีแค่ขนมปังกับกาแฟ โอวัลตินนิดๆหน่อยๆ โดยรวมแล้วไม่ได้ปลื้มเท่าไหร่

1) Das Dreierzimmer war so schmal, sie würde bestenfalls für eine Mutter mit Kind ausreichen. Wir mussten ein zusätzliches Zimmer für eine Person nachbuchen.
2) Die Zimmer sind billig ausgestattet und sehen nur auf Fotos relativ ansprechend aus. Die Decke im Bad ist verschimmelt.
3) Das so genannte Frühstück besteht aus Toast Brot (nur weiß), Margarine, billiger Marmelade und Pulver Kaffee oder Tee die man sich selber aufbrühen soll.
4) Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice, nicht einmal die Handtücher werden gewechselt.
5) Der Besitzer lässt seinen kleinen Sohn am Empfang sitzen, auch am späten Abend noch. Dieser versuchte beim aus checken uns vorzuspielen, dass er die 200 THB Kaution total vergessen hat.
6) Es gab keine Entschuldigung, wir haben nur kuriose Ausreden hören müssen.
7) Alles in allem, das ist eine gute Alternative zu einer Nacht unter der Brücke oder im Hostel, aber auch nicht mehr als das.

Clean, breakfast was Eggs and sausage or rice in soup with pork, helpful staff. Next to blue temple but a little out of way of city Centre. About 100bhat taxi or grab ride.

飯店乾淨整潔，感覺很舒適。但地點較偏，且沒有電梯，如果自己有交通工具，是不錯的地方。

Inefficient service from staff and owner. they don’t speak English at all. For 4 nights they never cleaned or emptied the trashes.

友人の結婚式がこのホテルから近いインペリアルホテルでしたので、ここに予約を取りました。
小さいけれど、新しく、清潔でアットホームなホテルです。
他にもトーストとコーヒーもありますが、お粥が出ました。とてもとっても美味しかったです。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切。周りに何もないけれど快適でした。

Great value hotel - is couple of Km from town centre over river - reception staff were lovely. Website stated " freshly cooked to order breakfast" - after enduring cold eggs at previous hotels we looked forward to a combination of fried eggs (hot!!) and omelettes cooked to order !! No - 1st morning : cold uncooked eggs - asked staff if could have hot eggs next day and assured yes . Next day : cold eggs and refused to cook hot eggs!! shame as hotel has so much going for it - either do what it says on website or change it!!
