Hotel City Beach Resort

When we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly unapproachable and dismissive, with no willingness to explain anything. She handed us the room keys and offered no information about important details like beach access or the fact that the pool and breakfast were located at a different hotel entirely. There was zero customer service, and to top it off, the welcome drink that was advertised was never provided. Honestly, given the cold reception we received, I didn’t expect much after that.

The front desk closes at midnight, and after that time, the hotel became a free-for-all. A large group of teenagers threw parties in multiple rooms around us, making it impossible to sleep until 6 AM. With checkout at 10 AM, it was hardly the restful night we had hoped for.

To make matters worse, there was a large congress happening, which made everything feel chaotic and overcrowded. While the room itself served its basic purpose, the overall experience was far from satisfactory.

Zimmer und Bad sind recht klein, aber in Ordnung. Personal ist freundlich und Frühstück im Hotel City ebenfalls ok. In 2. Septemberwoche wurde das Frühstück ins Hotel Adria verlegt. Die Organisation mit Getränkeautomaten, Barista usw. war einfach nur schlecht, weil sich etliche Menschen auf den Füßen standen und das Personal auch noch dadurch drängelte und mit dem Aufräumen nicht nachkam. Abendessen im Hotel Adria war gut. Klasse Vorspeisenbuffet. Aber Klimaanlage etwas zu kalt und zugig eingestellt.

Tutto buono solo una pecca " la pulizzia dell'entrata parte strada "

Hotel sulla spiaggia con balcone. Stanza spartana, pulita, letto non molto comodo, la colazione era in un altro hotel, di fronte, abbondante e varia. Pecca assoluta secondo me che non c era il bidet, ma la cannuccia alla "giapponese". Personale gentile e disponibile

Organizzazione del servizio colazione scandalosa…tutti ammassati presso l’hotel Adria dove in maniera del tutto indecente abbiamo fatto colazione come se fosse l'assalto al forte Apache… camera un po’ sporchina (polvere)…

L'hotel 3* era chiuso per lavori, mi hanno spedito all'Adria 4* (stessa proprietà). Bene accoglienza, camera pulita, balcone vista mare, letto comodo.. Bene la colazione. Comfort così così, corridoi rumorosi e non fonoassorbenti, in più un paio di pullman di studenti abbastanza su di giri ha fatto la sua parte.

Non posso lasciare commenti positivi. Ho prenotato al mattino e, arrivata nel pomeriggio, ho trovato l'Hotel chiuso, sicuramente per la stagione invernale. Non rispondevano al telefono. Sono riuscita ad aprire un cancello ed ho trovato un foglio che mi "dirottava" su un altro Hotel. E' una mancanza di serietà perchè se volevo scegliere un hotel diverso lo avrei fatto di mia volontà e non perchè costretta. Ero arrivata nel pomeriggio. C'era moltissima nebbia, ma se fossi arrivata di sera??????

Das Hotel war gar nicht offen ! Ich kam und es war eine Baustelle. Nun will man mir nichtmal das Geld zurückgeben!!!

Ich kenne das Hotel schon länger und es ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber der Service ist sehr gut, sehr freundlich. Abendessen großes buffet für die Vorspeisen, sonst zwei oder drei essen zur Auswahl.

Siamo stati ospiti dell' hotel Adria essendo della stessa catena perché il City era chiuso...personale molto cortese e professionale sia alla reception che in sala. Camera molto pulita.

Es ist schon ein sehr hellhöriges Hotel- man hört den Wecker der Nachbarn. Das Housekeeping ist nett und gründlich, hat aber meine Körperhöhe. Mein Mann ist an die 2 M und kommt auch oben an den Kleiderschrank. Dort lag leider eine hohe Staubschicht, die mich überhaupt nicht gestört hätte, hätte ich nichts von ihrer Existenz erfahren. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben nur nach einem Lokal gefragt und sofort haben sie telefoniert und versucht uns einen Tisch zu reservieren (natürlich mit unserem Einverständnis). Ganz toll. Das Frühstück war auch super. Das Rührei war aus echten Eiern und nicht aus diesem Ersatzpulver angerührt was immer häufiger auftaucht. Es gab alle Möglichen Cornettis und Kuchen, Obst und Aufschnitt. Auch eine extra Glutentheke. Die Tische und der Saal waren sauber. Es gibt sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten und der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür. Allzuviele Mücken hatten wir nicht im dritten Stock. Nur der Müllwagen um fünf Uhr morgens hat mich schon ein wenig gestört.
Wenn ich noch einmal in den Ort fahre würde ich dort wieder schlafen.

La struttura è posizionata benissimo,le stanze tutte vista mare, pulite, coi bagni nuovi e moderni, ile ristorante ottimo anche se nell'hotel accanto,ma ne vale la pena perché i menù sono varii e di ottima qualità. Personale molto cortese e disponibile e zona tranquilla, forse ci vorrebbe un mezzo pubblico che collega al centro del paese in modo che anche chi non ha mezzi o non vuole spostare la macchina la sera potesse andare a fare un giro in paese.girnon
